Peter was an ardent Celtic fan and the last time he wrote to me here in Canada was at Christmas when Celtic were in bad shape. He was sure Rangers were going to win the title this season, if only he had held out for two more weeks !

Re- the VAR decision, I think you said it yourselves - “can see why foul is given…”; wasn’t the worst push ever but it did affect Hart’s jump - he may have missed it anyway but you can’t include that factor in considering was he pushed! And while your fans were loud, can’t agree they out-did ours (there, we have to allow each other some level of bias!!!🤣🤣🤣 Enjoy your summer👍

Not surprised. Thought at times we played well until our lack of quality up front shone through. There was no way Ridvan was fit. Ref was garbage. We missed chances, and we have a defence that is a bombscare. These games are just disasters on repeat.

The Hart foul was certainly soft by traditional rules but, these days, it's a foul every time...both hands pushing. That said, I thought Davies was lucky not to concede a penalty. Again, not under traditional rules - totally unintentional - but under VAR, he was lucky. I don't like the new slant on rules. My bias is that it was a goal for Sima. I also thought the goal ruled out for Rangers at Ibrox in the first derby game this season should have stood. It was an even game and I thought Rangers were the most likely in the second-half. The reason we watch you is absolutely not to gloat,but because you seem to be balanced, passionate fans Ye do not seem to be the ones to join in the bigoted bile chants (both sides guilty of that) I hope it’s weeded out so that we can continue to be rivals for football reasons only. The more i look back on Walsh's performance the angrier i get. We as Gers fan's usually let them across the city have the monopoly on refs but some of his decisions were appalling. The blatant push on Sterling which was more obvious than our disallowed goal to Sterling's wonderful tackle that earns a booking. When players are guilty of errors they are fined or banned. What happens to refs? Hee Haw! Professional officials are the only answer but i won't hold my breath for it to happen any time soon. 🇬🇧🇬🇧💙

We need to get rid of so many players and wages and see what we can get back in. We as fans wanted the team to leave everything on the pitch today and they did. Thought Balogun & Davies were pretty sound and Cantwell, Silva & Dessers worked their butts off with the high press. 2nd half definately the better side and Sima's "goal" would have been deserved. Corners also vastly improved so totally gutted to lose a goal so late. The ball moves in the air so i don't condemn Butland the villain is Wright who let's an easy pass slip under his foot and gives possession away. Looking forward to next season. 🇬🇧🇬🇧💙

Celtic fan here but gotta say you 2 are worth listening to as yous are fair minded, i do think yous are slightly biased but thats to be expected as i think everyone is subconsciously biased towards their own team. My personal opinion was celtic shaded 1st half 55-45 and rangers the 2nd 60-40. Tbh both teams were rather poor and it was a shit game to watch. Best wishes to your family
