This is bloody abysmal. This is enough evidence that regardless of what is coming out of the mouth, this board are not financially prudent and need to go. They are wrecking the club. Did they learn nothing from 2012? The state of the clubs finances is shameful and this can not continue. The club need new custodians.

I guess giving championship rejects with zero sell on value 30k plus a week wages for 6 years running has consequences, who would have guessed that? Oh thats right, every single fan of the club would have guessed that but this board and ross wilson couldnt see it. Its young players only from now on in. fans are going to need to be patient with that type of player otherwise 2012 will occur again. We cant sign old players with high wages and no sell on, those days are completely finished. Historically this fanbase dont give youth even the slightest chance, 1 bad game and they want them out the door, that has to end now. We have no choice.

My man is a Gers fan I’m Celtic & the players that went for free he said “ they wanted to run their contacts out “. If someone came into me at the Ibrox board I would RUN them out so fast their feet wouldn’t touch the ground . A loss of £30 million or so for 3 or 4 players. The three words "player trading model" are at the core of why the club is a total shambles! I've been on senior teams in business, they've lost focus on delivery and their strategy is total folly!! It will never work or come to fruition as a revenue stream other than having occasional one off bluebirds. Building high performing teams is about recruiting well and retaining key players over the long term. However we are going to continue to run a revolving door business with players and managers coming and going until we get back to basics and start running the business properly!

Speaking as a none Old Firm fan, Rangers will never turn the corner until they stop looking across the city. The club, IMO, should have started a rebuild, incorporating the best young players, that could then have been sold on, when you were in the lower leagues, but it seems the plan was to do whatever it took to stop 10 in a row, even when it meant you're still years behind the club you're desperately trying to catch.

We have increased our turnover and made a loss. That is bad management no excuses. There is no money in Scottish football we have to start realising that and start playing our younger players, and buy Scottish players and stop signing players we cannot afford on ridiculous wages. There's no doubt in my mind if we'd signed Shankland in the Jan window we wouldn't have failed at Dingwall & Dundee which effectively ended our challenge, he would have scored a load in those types of games imo, Just think we lost out on 30 million by not spending 4 - 5 in Jan as well as handing that lot another title! Please listen to me that the only way the Scottish league will survive is by making it an 18 team league with an 18 team lower division then a pyramid system. Scottish football thrived before under these conditions and there is an appetite for football in this country but not for the current boring system, playing everyone 4 times a season. It has not benefited our 2 biggest clubs or any other club. Build from the bottom up and stop moaning about failure in Europe because of the weak league when you created it in a short term mindset.

Do you like if the scottish league was setup similar to English, larger group tables, easier relagation and promotion, there would be more investors interested in the league, such as prem, champ, league 1&2 and would be more competitive. Not just 1 or 3 teams per season fighting for the top. It seems like a know brainer, then there would be more prize more to be won 1st to 4th, then relagation packages to. And better long term for community and business locally. Ive notice when club gets relegated it's neally a automatic problem, the players contracts should have close in the where has cut percentagein it, where dosent impact the club in lower league, as recently noticed dudunfermline athletic fc on same rotation as inverness caledonian thistle fc, as there losing over £1m same amount about per year, and year wage £907k.... there's trouble ahead for that club too, I predict.

The state of the player trading nonsense lands with one group of people, Ross wilson and his cronies. One in particular who still has a job at the club. Ran the wage bill through the roof and ran one time assets contracts down to a free. When he realised these type of results were coming he ran for the hill, just like his counterpart to saudi. As for the academy, if we think a wetwipe like davie mccallum is good for our academy then we are in trouble. Another one who survives along with his one time counterpart gilmour. We have guys like kevin Thomson sitting in the house, yet these guys get senior roles at our club. Thomson, chris Burke even Lee mculloch, all these guys should be ingrained in our academy

Signs of progression with the players? I’m a Celtic fan and believe a strong Celtic need a strong Rangers; How can you believe anything thay manger says when he constantly contradicts himself? The reality is that he would have been sacked if you could afford it but the mad directors made another huge mistake by extending his contract. How can there be a self sustaining model when you never play the talented youth players like Leon King? He should have been sent out for the season to another team and see how he develops.
