This is not a replica of 94. He doesn't know because he wasn't born then. I was born in 78. I remember 94 quite well. It was my sophomore year of high school. This team is BETTER than the 94 team. This may be the best the NY Rangers have ever been. From coaching staff, to players, to goalies, there is literally not one weak link in the chain. Big shout outs to all the odds makers who underestimated this team and are going to make me a lot of money this year. Glad I got my bets in 2 weeks ago when the Rangers were +700 to win the cup and +350 to win the East. 🤑🤑🤑Lets go Rangers!!!

You're right. This isn't '94 Redux. I go back to the GAG Line and, as much as I loved '94, (especially Alexey, Brian and Mike) the team always felt like Edmonton East. This (and 2013-15) team was built from the ground up, and I absolutely love it.

Chytil almost made me cry. Can't imagine how the team felt. Remember he was supposed to be centering Bread and Laffy. Imagine the season he would've had after his break out season last year.

Just watched Bruins pitiful effort in game 3 and essentially lose that series. So thankful to be a fan of not just a talented Ranger team, but a real ‘team’ that never quits!! Let’s wrap up series tomorrow and get ready for Florida!! LGR!!!

Older Ranger fan here. Other than the series results so far, this team is not very similar to the 1994 playoff team. The 1994 team dominated play, and the scoreboard through 7 games. This team is squeaking bye. That’s ok though. A win is a win. Sky is the limit this year!
