Fun fact, the Saturday mini is accessible all day without the archive or paying. If you check the leaderboard it will still be on Saturday, it will say you haven't played yet. You can hit play now and it will take you to the Saturday crossword even if you play late. This is interesting because this makes it so that the Saturday and Sunday mini crossword are both available at the same time for a few hours each week, though it is hard to access the Saturdays if you don't know where to look. No need to pay for the archive!

Perfect Connections! I fell for all the red herrings at first but eventually got it. Phew. Great Saturday Mini! My time was 2:33. Excellent Strands! I got it too.

Connections seemed pretty straightforward for me. I figured out all 4 categories first, then got them in reverse rainbow order.

I fell into the Tennis red herring which prevented my reverse rainbow disentangling my error, but was able to complete it without too much trouble once I spotted court (I did not know breakdancing could be abbreviated to breaking which is the knowledge gap that made it harder than it should have been, with that knowledge I'd have known there were five sporty things, I might still have attempted to link Tennis in with them, mind, but it might have clued me into 'breaking court' not being a thing - Olympic events since 2000 is trivia I wasn't going to get)
