Mostly in such cases, these kind of cheaters work in connivance with police. So forget any help from police. Court cases will take 30-40 years sometimes. So you might not even be alive to see justice. I know of many such cases in India. Local political leader or influential person help is only way out. Or you can sell your house to a local hooligan who will throw them out. My relatives faced similar situation in Raipur. They got good reimbursement but location was extraordinary good. Later on those hooligans removed those occupied and rebuilt and sold the newly built multilevel house at double price to a third party. That is another possibility. Only local people would connect you to such buyers.

you should visit the SP of your hometown district. whenever local police station don't helped. Its probably the broker bribe the local police to delayed the matter. Without registration how can he illegally take possession of flat. Possession happens only when all dues are received. Please take writing from bank thet the present cheques are suspicious. I think file an affidavit in family court immediately. Take a legal help to get those idiots our of your house. File case against the broker as well as he is responsible to get them on board

I agree. You need to contact a very high profile lawyer that have worked on similar cases. There HAS to be a way, because it's not like this home had no owner. Your mother has lived there. You also have many eye witnesses to support your statement (neighbors and family friends that live close to her). I don't see how someone can take a hold of your home and try to sell it without any consent? Police doesn't help with much when it comes to legal matters. They just follow commands and attend to crimes as they happen. But for things like this, you need to consult someone who's an expert with the law.

We have seen ample cases wherein tenants were not vacating the house and police can only accompany the complainant in case of adversity but not for vacating the property. Hire a good lawyer , serve notice to whosoever is involved and clearly it's a case of forgery as u have forged cheques.... They will make your case stronger

Have they changed all the locks already as you said you need the keys back? If not, how do they have the keys unless your broker handed it over to them? How did Sourav let a bunch of woman in the house? He should have stood his ground. It does not sound right. This would mean that anybody can go into anybody's house and push people out. I don't think situation here is that bad yet. Why do you insist meeting buyer? Buyer is not obliged to meet you that is why he/she has an agent. You need the rest of the money now so just insist on that. To me it feels like you don't have the right papers and on top of that it is a distressed sale. By bad mouthing people on social media you are opening yourself to libel. Going to court etc. won't help either because you will end up throwing more good money on bad deal. Stick to fact and insist on what you want.

Agreement court থেকে registered করার কথা. এগুলো করেছিলে? এখন তোমায় property vacate করতে গেলে layer লাগবে. Court যেতে হবে. Khub bhalo lawyer r consult koro immediate. Recently আমি property sell korechhi. Kono govt.layer যারা property sec. দেখে consult koro. Police বোধহয় পারবে না. Court order লাগবে.

looks like you did not have any id proof papers of the buyer, or his cred check from his bank. All crime happen close person who u trust like house maid flower delivery guy enter ur flat u r absence (grocery delivery or food delivery guys ) some time neighbors etc. people broke trust . How modern or highfigh society ,securty or cameras there dont blindly trust anyone who speak sugar coating words . Dont tell where u lived and ur single or dont share about single child girl or boy where they lived or lived at home alone (absence of parents) U already know about it but be alert . Donot sign papers any how situation is critical dont think about money first in this situation becoz how deep went those people hands u dont know. U need high power person to solve situation. .
