Ma'am...a small confusion in scene 2... In the workbook..it says MACDONWALD WAS THE THANE OF CAWDOR... And he was killed by macbeth and his head was hung in the battlements .. but at the end of the chapter... Ross informs King Duncan that the THANE OF CAWDOR - DISLOYAL TRAITOR... Accompanied the Norweyan King... But isnt he already dead?....

No, MacDonwald was not "THE THANE OF CAWDOR". Thane of Cawdor was the one who helped norwegian king to attack against the Duncan's army. MacDonwald was already dead before these two attacked.
