7:55 When garen uses R and the enemy dies before demacia can stab the sword, ping the R skill. It will cool down immediately.The loss of R skill .may be due to a bug, but pressing Ctrl and then pressing the ultimate move is okay

Hi there! Loved the vid. What do you think of shojin 2nd/3rd item? All the other new bruiser items are kinda mediocre for garen rn imo. Shojin basically provides what a fully stacked navori quickblades does for free. It even stacks on minions and on every E tick. Extra 12% dmg on spins, q and ult.

Anwsered on stream, but if others stumble upon this comment ill anwser here aswell. Yea shojin is pretty good as second item, if you dont need to go full tank or survive burst with steraks, than shojin is really good. I think the first 3 standard items will be trinity force, shojin, steraks and ofc adapt with other items for different situations.

Im back using garen as pocket pick, i played against aatrox yesterday and it was hard to just trade against him now that map has widened. I had to out mechanic him 3x play to comeback. Idk if the stride is still worth coz small rnge and no damage. I built trinity and mortal reminder and its good too but my garen was too squshiy for mages mid to late

I am going attack speed boots, Trinity, Black cleaver and Steraks for 380 AD and so I can survive the burst of the enemy. The Trinity and Black cleaver movement speed on attack is stacking now, Black cleaver works with E against armor and it all gives me enough Attack speed + ability haste to do what I need. Steraks gives a huge shield which not many count in when rhey attack.

What do you think about running a tiamat? Idk when you would fit it, but if you are running a phase rush build, it gives you access to phase earlier than full building a stride. Love your content as well.

In patch 14.3 stridebreaker will build out of tiamat which I think will be insanely good on Garen :)

Yeah i like going deadman's plate 2nd ( in ur case third item ) even being ahead cuz it is really usefull getting garen some tankiness

Garen mid is good too, in this season even better with new tank items, and playing mid u can do more pressure on the map, so if u like to play Garen - mid is good role too

@@bloodonwater Darius have much more problems with CC than Garen, which have W, but if u want u can go mid even on Darius - he have very nice base hp regen and the new tank items gives even more, so with dorans shield + second wind he can stay safe and healthy but u can't fight some mages like Veigar or Syndra so u will lose huge amount of farm. Darius better for toplane cause u can freeze wave and punish almost every top laner if he will try to farm

cause it gives a lot of damage - Garen's E scales very good from attack speed and can crit, so it's very good with a mortal reminder
