You have to improve your hands and play the marksman role well. You are a carry, so you have to perform.

use Blitz. always go Kraken first since it is your first big power spike. prioritize attack speed and AD like pretty much all marksman do. as for boots, you go boots second and which you get depends on the line-up. dont worry about the armor or magic resist and more of the utility of each boot. do you need tenacity or overall dmg reduction? i prefer going a bit of a tankier kindred build since decent tanks are hard to come by so i go plated. 2nd item is trinity and 3rd item terminus has been great for kindred lately, grab LDR if they have a lot of tankier champions. i dont really like going crit build with kindred but Infinity Edge is recommended

Yeah, Look at the ad ratio on ur E; you can go with the recurve bow vs tankier champions.

This is what you have to do to get out of low elo sadly. Clearing top to bot/ bot to top game after game after game you re never going to get out of lower brackets

Red = More damage, Blue = Movement speed to make more plays and Green = If you are solo tank
