​ 3 years ago (last I kept up with him) he had 9 Rank#1 Titles. I'm inclined (though not 100% sure of this) to say that he's counting Rank#1 titles he got in the SAME season in different battlegroups on this list. Let me explain; The way the system works has changed over the years. Before Rank# titles represented the highest rated team on the Battlegroup, which effectively a conglomerate of servers that shared a ladder. Each battlegroup had 15-20 servers on it, so it was a SHIT ton of people regardless of how you slice it, but it wasn't like it is today, where the entire region is represented on the ladder at once. With the new system of the regional ladder, they made Rank#1 titles percentage based, meaning the 0.1% the ladder ONLY is ellegible for the title. Mitch at one point (I think it was the same season Reckful did it to get Tyrannical/Grievous Gladiator on both his Rogue and his Warrior in 1 season) swaped BGs on one of his Mages to try and score two rank 1 titles same season. So to answer your question. Mitch has indeed been awarded Rank#1 titles under both systems before, and he was definitely good enough at the game at one point to prove himself to be one of the the best players in two different server pools (fourty servers) at the same time. I have no reason to doubt Mitch could get Rank#1 again if he wanted to. Getting into tournament play and all of that, that's a different story. Edit: I would like to point out that, some Battlegroups were notoriously easier than others. For instance, when I played in NA I was in Vindication, which included all Latin American servers. The average LATM player had 140ms and the connecting servers included many RP realms as well as low-pop US servers. I held Rank#20 in Vindication season 13, but I would have most likely gotten prolapsed by someone in, for instance Bloodlust (the BG where people like Snutz, Sodah, Sodapoppin, OrangeMarmalade, Reckful, Mes, Vanguards,Cdew competed). I don't know if Mitch has a rank#1 title awarded in Bloodlust, but other battlegroups like Cyclone were thought to be - almost - as competitive. I don't think he went and transfered to an easy one to get his titles, that's what I'm saying.
