They were still a force to reckoned with. Not the rolfstomp HC dungeons that are in retail. Those things are a joke. There is no difference between normal and HC in retail. No wonder they changed it now

They are boring as fuck if you know what to do. If you have a vrew that does not and there are tons of those then you will hav ea hard time as either tank or healer cos you have to cover their mistakes and then also get kicked fro their mitakes as they are not willing to either learn the mechaincs or even do them. Dont play cata. serious. It is filled with rush rush rush mythic players from dragonflight who dont have a fricken clue as to what do to. But they want the gear so que anyway. They are nto able to buy runs yet from people who can do them as people are still gearing up but it wont be long since blizzard is now also sellign tokens in cata when the game in 2010 never had them. Tokens and blizzards greed killed this game. Thsi led to them not banning bots fast enough which led to more peopel offering runs for real life money. WoW is a fricken mess.i uninstalled the whole lot yesterday and went back to doign something productive and that is playung my drums again.

Back when a skull meant a kill and people took it seriously. Not as it is now, where it is ignored most of the time. Miss the skull back then and you most likely wiped. If people did nothide behind the pillars they also got impaled by the flying crystals. The scout that comes right after the second boss if allowed to live calls all the others so he should be taken down asap. People did their jobs or wiped back in 2010. Now retail is a joke. You can miss have the abilitites and still rolfstomp the place.

getting ilvl 329 is not that difficult, just get loremaster for twilight highlands and finish the last few quests and you will be ilvl 324-330. Then just do a few random normal dungeons for jp and buy you some ilvl 346 items for some of your lower ilvl slots. As this vendor normally has some basic 346 gear for almost every slot. The one pitfall most fall into is you really need a little higher ilvl then 329 for heroic's, at least early on in expansion. Since the heroic's are a bit overtuned in cata and can wipe a grp of full ilvl 346 geared players pretty easily. Exspecally if your dps is all class/specs that have low dps in early part of expanstion, such as casters who don't really start picking up till they start getting 354 gear and their 2/4 set bonus's. First week or 2 the melee are going to own casters till the raids start then they'll catch up if not pass up the melee dps.

Also remember that the average computer the average player had back in the day made these dungeons ALOT harder. When you're doing a mechanic at 7 frames per second (basically a slideshow) you're gonna struggle.

You can get a tabard for the factions so the dungeons reward faction. You just need to do enough quests to get to the tabard level with the factions then spam dungeons.

um your wrong about dungeons and rep, with a talbard on, you get crazy amounts of rep. Now yes, quests give more, but you can't quest all the way to exalted. So I recommend getting the quests done, and spaming a few dungeons as you go, then once you have done all the quests, pick another rep and start on it while spamming dungeons. All goes well you get friendly with new rep get their talbard, and as you finish up in dungeons on the previous one, you switch talbards to the new one and repeat. Dungeons aren't going to get you topped off on rep in a couple of them, but as you are getting that rep, especially in heroics you are getting valor and justice points that you use toward gear.

8 months? lol. Its gonna be about around 1 year - 1 year 2 months. Cata launches on may with BoT, BD and ToFW, firelands comes in october, then HoT on january. Each raid tier is gonna be about 4 and half months, and last tier always lasts a bit more.

Hey just wanna let you know it's okay not to enjoy things anymore, and that your enjoyment isn't objective! People that made this game clearly knew what they were doing, since it's literally the most played mmo out there and has been for the past 20 years. Nothing is perfect, all games have flaws and people will always complain. I started playing retail last year, got into cata recently, and it's one of the most fun times I've ever had. I stopped playing retail after 3 months but will definitely go back to TWW. Just dont play games if they're not fun for you anymore? I played BDO for years, quit that game once I started becoming sour about everything in it. This is like eating cake everyday until you get sick of it and complaining about cake, how people should never eat cake in the first place, how its horrible etc. It's not. It is for you, the other million or more of us are having a blast. I hope you find a game you enjoy, instead of being sour and bitter on the internet about a game you clearly have no love left for.

And yet, at the end of the day, I find myself enjoying the simple dishes most, even if I love a good tonkotsu ramen, or a good chicken masala, or a nice lazy and spicy samyang buldak noodles. Nobody would say I don't have tastes. Your argument is simply stupid, because it comes from a sense of entitlement and higher than thee attitude. Let me guess, people that enjoy the same food you do have taste, right? And you're better than everyone because you enjoy different things than the majority, which makes you special, right?
