Yes, autoattack increases ur dps by a lot because your dogs get guaranteed hits. They basically get rengar passive so they dont miss any autos by being out of range of opponent

comet cd is reduced when Naafiri Q bleed ticks and when each dog attacks champions. This means comet is perma up and proc multiple times in 1 fight. While conq compared to comet does nothing in lane phase. Comet also gives access to sorcery tree which is really nice
