The self eul actually save him, If he eul storm, storm bkb will be ready in 1-2 sec, and if canclul can think calmly in that eul time, he can pickup rapier and end the game xD So close for dire too

Since it's Medusas rapier, and allied rapiers have no effect without enemies taking it in between, it's the same damage. Maybe even less, if he drops something else for it or spends too much time trying to pick it up). So, no need to wonder.
