How does he choose secondary rune, like he goes domination against meele, but here goes resolve. Like dude is good, but confusing how he chooses runes.

From what I've seen, he does it by the elo he's playing in. He uses sudden impact and treasure hunter in low elo when he plays in master. He also uses it in Sylas's easier matchups like Akali.
