ive been seeing a couple of this guys replays, I see that he always takes the conqueror runes, but when does he know to take domination or resolve runes for secondary?

i think when u gonna have a tough lane fase u get the green one on secondary

As a Main Sylas You go red on secondary when u are confident that You are going to carry and explode the lane. Go green when You are not so confident. Because with red You don't have sustaint it's all the time all in to kill
