BLackfire torch is 100g cheaper with 5 less ap. Ludens only does more damage when the target is isolated when away from minions and champions but in the mid game if you have 500 ap. The items will give you bonus 20 ap per champion that has burn on it. So it greatly outscales ludens. Blackfire torch also has no cd on passive so will consistently do more damage. Hope that helps

You're right, because only in low elo do people not know how to play their lane. That doesn't happen in ANY OTHER TIER. Not like there are diamonds who wouldn't know their hand from their ass when it comes to playing their champ that they have 1 mill mastery on.
