if you look at Alkans account, there's a hint as to what his strategy was. 700+ fight cave completions. You should learn to do fight caves relatively quickly and it'll get you some seriously good xp if you can get your times down. otherwise, it's just the usual barrage/burst multi tasks. demonbane weapons for demon tasks if you want to get melee xp. make sure your blocklist is high weight, slow, long tasks.
