6:12 the funny part is that this step has been in the game since varlamore part 1 but due to a bug you weren't able to get it. It was made obtainable when Leagues 5 dropped, guess Jagex was looking over the code while adding relics and noticed the issue (there were other steps that were made obtainable as well, like the fabled Jardric step)
