How did you cast Silencer's ult at 15:53? You didn't select him. And as far as I know there are no commands to cast quitter heroes spells, am I wrong?

Yeah, I also didn't see the cursor pointing to the silencer hero. Even until I set the video speed to 0.25 it still doesn't show the cursor pointing up the image of the hero silencer. 🤔

you can assign number to controlled units by ctrl+1, 2, 3, 4 etc. He probably assigned silencer to some number and pressed it then select it and cast ulti. İts simple like this: Press 2 + R. its like miliseconds to do that.

Hotkeys i would guess. They act probably Like Minions, Like chen or Visage. So He used the hotkeys for the Minion spell (in that Case) silence and voila.
