I'd still level the ult over the 1, I don't find 200 base damage on the 1 to be as significant as an extra 20% heal on the ult

If you like to go straight back into fights then yes but I find that im usually disengaging and then reengaging on any enemies that are running away and are already low. The damage on the 1 is actually pretty sizable when you need a quick burst in the middle of a fight by just popping it quickly after hitting with a bunch of autos

@@MunkeeBreath most of the damage on the 1 is from scaling, not the base damage. The enables you to go back into fights instead of executing then retreating.

the CC thing is kinda mixed bag. In one way when they hit you with long ccs or knockups. you are screwed. On the other hand, diminishing returns are.... questionably long once you stack em
