Queen Slime should be in dead last, she's basically just a worse version of the other boss from that same update. Empress of Light is what a great bullet hell boss looks like, while Queen Slime is a downright terrible one, there are no consistent patterns to her attacks, which means they're completely chaotic and often put you in seemingly impossible to avoid situations. It says a lot that the typical strategy to fight Queen Slime is to just run away, not even kite like most fights, actively disengage from the boss's mechanics.
