You should rank all doors that can open in free roam for example, there's a house very near grove street that you can enter, but there is nothing inside it

Definitely. I always forget where there is enterable interiors/openable doors but they are common but hard to spot

There is one more, that could be considered waterfall. It's in the city, within the flood canal/river, that ends up in the bay/bridges area? Well that has an angled "waterfall" with a cascade next to it. The angled one can be ridden both ways in a boat, jet ski and other floating stuff. Just adding it here, in case you haven't covered it somewhere else. I'd really consider it a waterfall, than anything, even the angled one, more so the cascade, as those are basically smaller waterfalls one above another.
