In my opinion, the Empty Perk Bottle is way better than the normal one. In fact, it's so good that I would put it above Max Ammo (but not insta-kill). You still need to go and buy the perk yourself, and it only affects you, sure, but as long as you don't bleed out, you keep that perk slot FOREVER. Meaning you could permanently run 5 perks so long as you don't bleed out. The normal perk gives you a random perk, so you don't get to choose (I actually find it to be more of a Nuisance in bo3 because people always grab them before I have all my perks and then I'm just stuck with deadshot or something), and when you go down you don't get to keep that free perk, you'll be once again limited to 4 perks

The weapon upgrade drop on IW that pack-a-punches everyone’s weapons would be in Mad Lad Tier. If everyone in your game has 3 single PaPed weapons It could save 120.000 points for double pack-a-punch. Fire sale, if used in the correct manner, can make high round games better. If you obtain some through elixers or gobblegums and get setup without making the box move, you can avoid fire sale drops for the rest of the game, which allows the drops you need to appear more often. It's God Tier for me.

The nuke is a bad powerup, here's why. It fails at nearly everything it tries to do. #1 Ending the round. Early game: You don't want it to end the round, you need points. Mid to late game: It won't end the round. #2 Getting you points. Early game: At the end of a round it does help but only for the first 1-7 rounds. Mid to late game: 400 points means nothing. #3 Lastly, saving your life. Most circumstances when your life is at jeopardy, you are cornered. The chances of a nuke spawning right where you are, right when you need it, is insanely low. Bonus reason: Your teammate goes down, there are too many zombies and you can't revive your friend. Get a nuke, you have enough time to revive them. This is actually a fairly decent use. This, and the extra 400 points at early rounds, letting you spin the box, get a wall weapon, or jug before the round starts is what makes nukes a least a little useful. I would put it bottom of average. Long schpeel about one drop, I know. I was bored, get off my back!

In bo4 the shield drop would give you armor, but all it is is just a couple hits of protection and then it’s gone. Its the same armor you get when you pull out a specialist weapon if you look above your health, but It’s not an actual shield.

Death machine drop is great tier just for BO1 however it’s also a wanderwaff drop (call of the dead for completing the Easter egg and then killing George any time after that), tier rank doesn’t change tho, still great just for BO1 death machine been pretty poor.

Hotdog Is Sub Buried? The paralyzer/petrifier doesn’t drop anything special. You might be mixing it up with Vultures aid. That perk does drop a few things

There's no perk drop in Origins though... only the empty perk bottle for an extra spot. Also, the perk slot is way better. If you get your 5th perk with a random perk and you lose it, you have to get the random perk back. With the perk slot you can just buy the perk. Which is way better
