nfs undercover was the first nfs i've played, it really holds a special place to me. i've played all the new ones as well but nfs doesn't give the same vibe that it used to... also midnight club LA is peak, rockstar NEED to bring back this franchise, or at least make it playable on pc

Im kinda biased to say this but honestly nfs is the best by far. You can't find anyone that's into racing games that hasn't played or doesn't like at least one of the gold era (nfsu 1 and 2, mw and carbon) simply because they were peak racing games by that time Many people say the new nfs are bad but they aren't actually. Unbound is amazing and heat became my favorite game in the franchise, i just wished they had done with heat what they are doing now with unbound (keep the game alive) Unfortunately we had the dark age of nfs with undercover and others and it made a lot of people leave the franchise, but even in nfsmw 2012 you could have fun if you ignore the title of the game

6:02 honestly , even though it s called "EA Sports WRC" , this was initially Supposed to be DiRT Rally 3.0 before codemasters got bought out by EA. You re also gonna see it as an easter egg on some for the cars license plates (Impreza S4 has "DR3" on the plate). The ex-company that was doing WRC was called milestone, not codemasters. And yea, that series can be ranked among the worst, the game getting worse in handling from year to year until 10 and generations filled the cup.

Colin McRae Rally became Dirt, so you kinda mixed these 2 up. WRC and Colin McRae where basically competitors, with CMR being the oldest series, since Codemasters was in the scene since the PS1 and prob even older im not sure. Colin McRae Rally became the Dirt Series and WRC kept its name until they merged with EA Sports WRC in 2023, so now everyone works together ;3

FlatOut Games, by which I mean 1, 2 and Ultimate Carnage (which is just FO2 with better graphics and more drivers on track.) were made by the same developer as Wreckfest - Bugbear. FlatOut 3 was handed over by the publisher to the idiots at Team6 for whatever reason. For this reason, I don't think Flatout 3 is really a Flatout game. Tbh bro, you did so little research into this video, it sometimes physically hurt to watch.

6:07 As other people have stated, Colin McRae Rally was the predecessor to Dirt, not the WRC series. Both series merged when EA got their hands on it recently. 3:43 I honestly really enjoyed Grid Legends, the most recent one that came out. Maybe give that a shot, might increase your rating. Some racing franchises you missed (although whether or not they classify as niche is to be debated): MX vs ATV Ford Racing MXGP Monster Energy Supercross TOCA (Precursor to Grid technically, but you didn't mention them at all in this video, even in the Grid section. TOCA Race Driver 2 and 3 are some of the absolute best racing games of all time) V-Rally Tokyo Extreme Racer Superbike

Hate on Fh5 is just stupid imo, I will agree on map being a little boring, but everything else, 10 times better than any fh did before, cars better, driving roads better, dlc's better, graphics is a hard one, because it's quite hard to see a bad looking game these , but anything else, y'all just "old good , new bad" riders, fh5 may be easier, but its a simcade, at least its playable for everyone, not like the crew, and as someone that played motorfest...to fh5 I coming back every week, sometimes even multiple times per week...but motofest...just no...they made really solid racing game in comparison to everything else, but the crew is arcade at its heart, forza horizon series at least TRY to make it somewhat of an simulator

omg i get it, personal list and all, but this list is just.. it shows how bad you are as a driver XD a lot of SIM racers at the bottom and almost all arcade games at the top. No car damage so you don't have to take responsibility for shitty driving, you put games at the bottom that you did not play as a child and put games at the top that you have good memories with like.... what? BS. You give no credit to the companies who make the games, how much better Physics simulation is in certain games, how they model vehicle behaviour accurately, map accuracies, details of the models, advanced AIs, community building, events or even championships PVP style like... You literally based your list on what games you played 2 years ago when you were 12 or smthg. Thus this video is useless and pointless. Also I am happy for you to enjoy those games, but calling them the best based on nothing.... nah man

Racing purist, are you? Can't stand someone enjoying something less about realism, proper racing lines and all that bs? you're the definition of "no fun allowed". Plus, you know damn well how people "race" in sim racers, yeah, there's some good people there, but there's ALOT of people who will ram you, push you out, or even brake check you for no reason, but calling him "bad driver" for games he likes, shows how "mature and welcoming" sim racers are :) No wonder no one can stand you people

I love racing sims, but not everyone has to like the most molecularly accurate driving physics. Some people have more fun just fucking about in a fun race car game. Some enjoy realistic driving models which puts their own skill to the test, trying to reach the limit of their driving. And some enjoy both. Calling a racing game that doesn't simulate fingernail growth during a 20 minute race for the ultimate realistic experience childish is just fucking stupid, grow up.
