Well their entire trailer showcased reyna with the skin, so it made sense to put her in the card... What they tried to do more, was add a bunch of Reddit and Twitch emote references to the card... And even tho Riot doesn't appreciate it, the players definitely do... There wasn't anything too outwardly sexual about it, I mean there are similar cat emotes all around the twitch world... But being a dark silhouette instead of a full reveal made it look too obvious... But also, the fact that they would have been the sole focus of everyone with that player card also did contribute to them banning it... Cuz let's be real, if that one was available then no A tier B tier S tier would be needed, it would have automatically been the top one😅😂

Yea the C9 looks really like that "Shimmer" collection (or whatever it is with the blue skin and white lightning with no effects) Its a good one for a few people but very "Meh" for most... It would have been very cool if they instead went for a completely white skin with a bit of blue tones, like the Spectrum ones... It would have looked really cool... After all clouds aren't blue, they are white and they hide the blue sky... But that's just my humble opinion...

I am not 100% sure, but sentinels got theirs banned due to "explicity" (which I don't believe after seeing it) but Zeta didn't have any original ones that got removed...
