ChongYun has been my main/DPS since I pulled him. He was the first character I pulled 2 weeks after starting Genshin. AR56 now and I got him to 91% CR and 118% CD. Could get his CD a little higher but other than that I'm happy with my popsicle boi. 🥺

Versatility is one of the considered factor Eula needs people to break elemental shield for her and stuff While ganyu and ayaka counters most shields (pyro electro hydro) Thats one of the reasons

She's not really versatile at all and also not very flexible. So that is a fair place for her. She would only go to S tier if she either does two more things on top of that, or does some cracked amount of cryo buffing, but she does neither.

For me, I have Shenhe is the top of the cryo characters - she pairs well with every cryo character (Eula really isn't a cryo character), and she easily pushes them beyond what they can normally do. If I had a choice, I'd rather have Shenhe + Kaeya over Ganyu + Diona in raw damage. That said, I don't have to make that decision, my cryo team I run is Shenhe + Ganyu + Diona + Kazuha/Venti, quickswap mono cryo

Shenhe is my favorite, I have not been able to use her because I don't have a Cryo DPS

Aloy kinda goes hard if you build her tbh. idk about putting her quite that low. She'd be absolutely busted with constellations, but those are probably never happening so...
