1. Fang takes to long to charge so its C tier 2. Lou cant cycle his supers consistently anymore so its also C tier 3. Crow too takes to long for his hyper to charge so its C tier 4. Sandys hypercharge is the best in the game 5. Max has the 2nd best one 6. Jessie has one of the best ones 7. Pearls does almost northing so its F tier 8. Charlie is similar but shes D tier 9. Bull is low C tier cuz they just released better hypers so he gets countered 10. El primos is just not consistent C tier 11. Cordeliuses hyper is absolutely S tier 12. Mico has the worst one in the entire game because ur gonna hit opponents after super anyway (use super as late as u can so the hyper doesnt waste) 13. Shellys is just not good D tier 14. Colt is also just not constistent so its B tier 15. Nitas is just Jessie but better 16. Spike is mid anyway sooooo C tier ive got some more but im tired
