Well via power ig we would be talking mainly about amps by that point so most of the doctors would be ahead most of the masters apart from the preacher master by just talking about power alone.

As an 80's Whovian, it's nice to see Tremas Master (Anthony Ainley) getting a top-5 spot. Tremas, Missy (Michelle Gomez), UNIT (Roger Delgago), and War (Derek Jacobi) are definitely my favourites.

@@OnTheHorizon- Unfortunately, I've only heard limited audios, so he can't climb as highly as the rest. I've seen much more of the others and I enjoy their individual flavours. Tremas has the old 80's panto vibe, but is glorious when allowed to play darker. Delgado will always be the first, and did a mighty-fine job as a lovably dapper frenemy. Missy is hands-down my favourite modern Master when considering TV only - love the twisted broken-minded approach, but with a generous dash of humour and wit, unlike Spy master, who just feels broken. I know Derek is killing it over on Big Finish, and is a great actor in general. The one episode on TV was solid, and you can tell he'd kill it if he was given more eps, even now. There's no master from TV I outwardly dislike - I just don't like the others as much as the rest. Saxon and Spy did a mighty-fine job, but they don't hook me quite like the others do. Decayed master was brief, and one I'd like to see more of, but too little to compare. Any masters that are exclusive to Big Finish, I know next-to-nothing about.

@@OnTheHorizon- I think how comprehensively he trounced the tenth doctor in series 3 should bump him up and the ones you listed like putting his essence in the ring, the master race and especially The paradox machine are greater feats than a lot of the others especially since he did so with minimal resources so it was all his intelligence
