With the new Indigo Disk DLC dropping next week for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, there is going to be a bunch of old banned Pokemon that are released again! It is finally time for us to use our favorite old broken guys like Genesect and company... at least for a few days. We decided to rank all of these returning brokens in an easy to understand tier list for your viewing pleasure. That's right. Agency. Epic Thumbnail alert. Did he really put Shaymin-S in Unban? Not exactly surprising as sun as a whole is less effective/harder to use and Chi-Yu is by far most broken in Sun. However, in context of OU Chi-Yu is indeed more busted than Chien-Pao who at least had a few pretending defensive checks/"counters" who could easily fall to Terad CB Pao.

Darkrai's most broken set will be Specs Tera Dark. Dark is just really good to spam. However, I don't see why it's not even tested. Chien Pao is more broken.

I'd like to see Urshifu Single strike in this gen. With Great Tusk, it only does like 30 with choice band on a non defensive tusk. It gets more coverage than Gambit, but Gambit will always be the better sucker punch. On the other hand, Urshifu Rapid Strike got banned before grassy glide Rillaboom AND Ogerpon Water. Which make it click u-turn. Unless you the one guy running poison jab or ice punch. Also both attacks make contact. You can wear punching glove, but it nullifies unseen fist. Both have counters now that are popular. Single Strike should get a chance now though because it actually has a counter now lol.

Tera will probably make some mons that were ok next gen be overpowered after dlc. While Kartana is one of my fav pokemon in existence. I do want to know what will stop him from sweeping with tera. Like you could use a fire tera and avoid burn from moltres and basically run him down. Don't know if he loses knock off but I see a world where Leaf blade sacred sword terablast and either steel or knock off could happen on scarftana. Sword dance might be overpowered too idk what to think anymore as tera makes it so hard

I think regular Palkia deserves a mention. It's not that much better than Walking Wake. It would be a 3 on this scale (like Urshifu it's cheap in Rain).

It is basically urshifu without weaknesses. Great bulk, 150 special attack is great for even ubers, and 100 speed is too fast for a mon with that solid bulk and special attack. You also have great stabs and coverage. I would say 5.
