Wow RS has changed a lot. Started playing it when it was a browser game and characters looked like paper doll cut outs. There was no running no teleport and no member areas. When i stopped playing the newest skill was slayer and best weapon was the whip.

So much has changed.. I remember like it was yesterdat, when Corporeal beast was introduced to runescape, it was the most bad-ass boss with sigil drops over 100m+ , and a party (at start) of minimum 5 people was needed. Now its solo.. damn time flies

i find it interesting how high nex is on the list despite being one of the last OG pre-eoc bosses. And the entirity of D-tier was not easy at all if using the same gear you would use on nex pre-eoc

Out DPSing the blood phase on nex is a major issue. The blood phase was origenaly put there to prevent nex from being soloable on release.

I'm just starting eoc bossing and well eoc overall, and I can't beat Nex's blood phase, i've gotten close but I've yet to learn the abilities as well.

Nomad before EOC, WHICH I DID, was a nightmare. I remember spending so much money just trying attempting him again. Now the Nomad weekly boss is kind of ridiculous it's just a dps check since the last phase is guaranteed to kill you if you can't kill him fast enough.

Here is a tip for elite dungeon 1 first boss: Equip long range bow, stand in between wall ( inside wall itself ) which seperates boss battle room and corridor. 0hp taken.

ive gotten around 50 solo kills like that with nox bow , discovered it by accidentally messing up my surge while also attacking the sanctum guardian and then i started the fight outside and i was like wtf . but not many people kill it with nox bow compared to higher dps with ascension or nox staff or greater , but still completely afk the arhats dont attack you as long as you exited and reentered the boss fight before hand , but it isnt the fastest

Magister's high Slayer level requirement is probably because materials to make the T92 Dual-Wield Melee's are the main drop he's farmed for. Also to add to Magister's difficulty rating; Tuska's Wrath on a Soul Devourer task works on him (Despite Slayer Helmet not working). So you can hold your key drops during a task to try a few Magister kills.

One more thing you should mention is ping, ping above 120ms will make pretty much all the mechanics borderline unavoidable. I generally play at 237ms ping and bossing for me with almost all 99 combat stats and t90 still makes it's extremely hard, since a lot of attacks just hit even when I am at a safe spot.

You don’t have to stand in the middle of the fight kiln and get hit by all the tentacles, you can stick to one side and kill the ones hitting you till the boss pops up

It really feels like a weird metric to rate bosses by difficulty based on max account and gear, I think bosses should be ranked based on when a player would usually be equipped and levelled with when fighting them. Nobody with maxed gear is ever touching giant mole.

@@danieljones3606 ehhhhh, not really, I've just started an ironman recently and got to 63 magic in ~20 hours with 100 quest points, had archeology not been released and thus made me play my main for a while I could get to araxxor farming in about 2 weeks or about 50-60 hours of gameplay, RS3 has one good thing about it, that being, if you're skilled at combat (and I'm not even that good) you can do most bosses even without armour if you just have okay stats and a t80 weapon (say a rcb or glaives for cheap) people who say it takes 1000 hours to grind to end game bosses are full of shit, it takes at best 60 hours to get to end game these days due to all the exp rewards and general exp rates, also, none of the bosses are quest or level locked aside from magister...

I would argue that 300% Arraxor isn't challenging, since none of the mechanics change. The damage output simply goes through the roof, thus requiring more supplies. So, it's the same skill level as 0%, but you'll be eating more, or maybe using defensive abilities more deliberately

there's less room for error. you need to make less mistakes. Wrong prayer in zerk P4? Cya. Didn't dodge cleave? Cya. Core hits you one tick and rax hits 3K through your prayer? Cya. It's definitely more challenging.

@@MASORATII All of those things are just as easy to avoid at 300% as 0%. Same mechanics, same counters, same defenses. I'm gonna dodge cleaves at 0% the same way I do at 300%. I'm gonna hit my prayer flicks at 300% the same as I do as 0%, and so on. If you don't make mistakes at 0%, you're not going to make them at 300%

Jad is a wild card. I know many players maxed and even good pvms who never killed him, be for lazyness or they really have some special difficulty against him.

i myself thought jad was easy-ish, i died my first attempt at cmb lv 85. then my second attempt i was cmb 90 and i beat him and the fight cave with almost a full inventory left. once i had my fire cape i did not attempt the fight kiln till i was maxed and even then i wasnt afraid of har-aken i was more afraid of the duo jad wave till i realized i could invul crystal both of them. Really jad is easy unless you suck at prayer flicking.

@bruceownsu Well now there's actually a reason for high lvl players to get those capes, cause the kiln capes are best in slot now. If you already have max/comp you get all 3 cape effects on your kiln cape, and the teles are accessible from the teleport spells. So most high level pvmers are using kiln capes now.

But they use kiln cape for pvm because its better in offensive stats since the rework. Also, i do a bit of PvP, but i prefer pvm. Pvm is more exciting imho, especially when you do stuff where you could make hundreds of mils in a single drop. PvP is kinda dead in rs3, plus the community for it is ultra toxic, so I can't stand a lot of it.

Ye fair enough. I kill them aswell and get kills in 50% of the time but I only just noticed the gear and stuff you are using. Stuff like mutated abilities, zgs and t99 pray make a huge difference. Most important thing is that u get consistent kills :p

I'd like to see this list from perspective of not a maxed main, as In what bosses can newer accounts prepare for in what order, or maybe like an ironman's order of what would be easier considering the items you would have access to before hand. I don't feel like I really got much from this video other than if I'm a maxed main with maxed gear and a good understanding of mechanics I'll do pretty decently. I felt like your previous video was a lot more informative. I was really excited to see this video pop up in my notifications, but that's about it. For new players a good progression is gwd1 (basically no mechanics, just stat checks) into gwd2 (higher level and introduction of some actual mechanics) into rax (first "real" boss) into nex

I would never put Har-Aken in the same Tier as ED2 bosses! My first ED2 Duo i died 3 times because I had to get used to all of the mechanics. Fight-Kiln though i can do easily with Obsidian Armour, Lance, Endless Staf and Chaotic cbows. Takes me 40 minutes, but its super relaxed and easy. Only mechanic u need to watch is safespot and prayerflick (learnt it with your vid!)

Got my first ambi solo a few days ago. I haven’t done a greaaat deal of pvm but I ran alot of duo ed3 and kind of leeched of my pvm partner so I forced myself to learn solo. Took 11 hrs but I finally managed it now I’m up to 6-7 solos and I can do it quite comfortably but my pr is still quite slow at 5.51

The tier list makes me wonder how many of these I'm doing wrong. I find GWD1 HM harder than GWD2 and still very punishing, GWD2 varies wildly with the sliske boss >>>> helwyr very skill dependent but farmable once you're good at it >>> the other two I'd put closer to E tier. Honestly I didn't even know ED2 WAS soloable and it certainly makes it tempting to try now that I've gotten the reaper crew achievement but rarely do group content for lack of people to do it with.

Honestly for taraket if you have t70 armour it's just pure cancer because none of the enemies will ever splash on you so even if you just quickly kill them all with a scythe or something its easy to get comboed out, especially with something like a zerk aura

I want to finally discover ED2 soon. So far, I've experimentally entered it once to see how far I get sith cheap food and blind/no knowledge. Right at the start were some weird slime monsters. I noped the fuck out of there when I saw how quickly they all almost killed me. Wtf. xD

@@DragonOfInfinity I find it best to surge through them, then bladed dive back and lure them all to a corner to aoe them all grouped up. Once you kill all the main ones, you can leave and all the clones despawn. You can use that sticky bomb to aoe stun them for 6 seconds, or ice barrage

Nex isnt actually that hard if you get to know the phases and with decent gear ( 80+) , protox got a nex guide thats rly nice , learned how to nex solo from him :D

Ellie Timpson I can teach you nex, it's fairly simple once learning the mechanics and a good dps rotation. Hardest part is def ice phase.

It does. But don't bother doing ed3 runs up to taraket for more than once, the only boss that has expensive drops is the ambassador.

Sanctum guardian isn't too hard if you stay near the front to avoid all damage from the beam. Just have to make sure you place the smoke behind yourself.

Ranged phase kk solo takes more skill than melee phase, because you have to tick count to skip the greens GENUINLY nex solos are more B tier and KK solo's are more A tier.. it's way harder than nex solos Like nevertheless :O, nice video

Back ij the days i hated jad until i was getting into pvm i figured that i need to pray flick alot so i decided to go do jad for a few times to learn pray flicking because of the save deaths after a few times i got prayer flicking down and it helped me alot friend of me asked what best way is to learn pray flicking i told him go do jad a few times with melee gear and practice there he had the same reaction as me it is a good and safe practice plus you have a few fire capes to use for kiln and in wildy

Ive never bossed before, killed armadyl like 2 times and KBD like 10 times or something. Just got luck with the 200m drop on treasure hunter and I think my next goal (after 82 herblore and 92 prayer) will be too do every single boss on this list in order. (Except maybe the top 5 as I havent watched the vid yet lol)

Telos is the only S-tier boss imo. All other bosses I would consider S-tier are group bosses. 7 man AOD is the minimum standard for an S-class boss imo. Rax is easy at all enrage levels, and I personally consider it a shit-kid boss. The mechanics you need to know for rax doesn't translate into any PVM skills for any other boss. Certainly doesn't deserve to be put on the same level as Telos.

Maybe you and your partner are better and know more about the mechanics than I do, which is perfectly possible. Most bosses on the list that can be done duo or trio will definitely drop a tier in difficulty though because duo you take less damage (generally) and do more damage so the fight is over much quicker

Sanctum guardian is just a dps test boss. If your dps isn't good enough you end up filling so much of the arena with smokes that you end up dying when you try avoiding mechancis. The hp scaling from solo to duo is awful, so when you duo he has almost the exact same hp as when u solo, but you have two people to reach that dps threshold, making it much much easier.

I think Greg should be higher up there. Without the right gear it’s almost impossible to take him on with just food and prayer. The only boss that you don’t want to turn on soulsplit. Fight kiln is easy for me compared to Greg. The other factions are so much easier and rewarding money wise.

Mechanic wise the Giant Mimic is around QBD level but for the Elite version you have to do quite a bit of dpm.

High D or Low C. Its just about being able to do enough damage. Dodging the attacks is pretty trivial but if you slack its pretty easy to die.

If you try to do rots solo the traditional way (chins+adren build+go ham) then rots solo is kinda hard. But there exists a video on yt with sub 40 second rots solo. Using that method its literally 10 abilities to do rots solo. A lot of luck is involved as well since u never know what spec u can face really early on. But yh its really not that hard

I do 300% enrage raxx ez, but struggle on 100% enrage telos. Thats because Raxx with scythe and superior vamp scrim is really ez, wether its 100% or 300% enrage. Telos has a lot more to him, Raxx is just a dps-fest and downable in a few seconds.

@@ProtoxxGaming there's nothing much instakill about high enrage rax besides cleaves (which are trivial) and web shields/mirrorbacks (which can potentially be much harder to avoid, really depends on your timing/rng) (and maybe failed prayer switches while zerked on p4)
