I have a suggestion on a video that you might be interested in or not! My thought is… You could still rank all the eyeshadow palettes that came out in 2023 for their color stories alone. You could put pictures up and rank the pallets from what you know about the company’s formula and the color story. I don’t know maybe that only sounds fun to me! 😂😂

I so appreciate the scaling back on beauty stuff, especially palettes! When some tried something like 100 palettes in a year I would think 'that's a new palette every three to four day's and it seemed nuts to me. 20 palettes may be a lot for an average person, but for someone that does this for a living it is understandable. I feel like with more around 20 palettes someone has had ability to use the palette enough to give a good review and opinion.

I wanted to buy less palettes this year so I passed on a lot of palettes so that I could buy most of the Oden's Eye palette. I did a look with Snow Dream, Hey Reindeer, and last years Christmas Eve palette while watching this.

I haven't watched Samantha for a couple years and was watching this video without looking at who the creator was, and didn't even recognize her until she mentioned her name mid video. My favorite luxury brand palette this year: Dior Eden Roc. Neutral with a pop of blue, completely versatile, travels well -- what's not to like? My favorite drugstore palette: It's from last year but I only recently got it -- Profusion Harvest Palette. I never found yellow shadows that I could wear, and this was the first. It's so good it makes me want to try the ND Yucca palette. The only other Profusion product I've ever tried was a big stinker, so I've had a hit and a miss and boy was the Harvest palette a hit. Thanks for sharing.

Yes!!!! Snowbow and Skift are such great shadows! I. Think everyone was so disappointed that Snowbow wasn’t an opaque pink, that they didn’t appreciate it for what it was. It kind of reminds me of Psychedelic from retro, but way more blue shimmer. It does have an icy pink base, and the blue reflect sparkles are so beautiful. Perfect for an icy winter look. Still wearable for everyday and not too over the top wham bam bright metallic. It’s just such a good shade. But seems like everyone was expecting just an opaque pink shimmer. But it’s so much better! Everyone just did insisted the palette right away because it wasn’t exactly what they were expecting. But it’s so good! and I don’t even like grey eyeshadow! Lol! (I know it’s just makeup it’s not that serious, lol)
