Battle and Barrass to Hawthorn. Sam Mitchell is the biggest pull around, Hawks destination club and best facility in country for 2026. Hawks will keep salary space to go and get Mac Andrew in future too. No heavy contracts at Hawthorn.

Hey champs..don't think Lynch is a good idea-too many injuries & is 30 yrs old. Also, even though Trac is an awesome player..he is 28 & we would ave to give up a lot of good players for him, not sure it's worth it. Mark Keane would be good to get.

Love your content dude so keep grinding. I just feel some of your reasoning is off the mark. Bailey Smith is more likely to go to Geelong rather than hawthorn. Barass has nominated Hawthorn, has nothing to do with his body or age. Mark Keane isn't worth a 1st rounder. But I agree we are most likely to land him but pick 48 or 50 is what the pies may offer and adelaide may settle on pick 32 Petracca we have no assets at this stage unless it's so toxic at melbourne it's massive unders but the reasons not to get Barass apply to trac. Josh Battle and Mark Keane aren't connected as one is a UFA so we could get both but seems like collingwood aren't in the battle sweepstakes. 😊 Keep your content coming though love the chance for discussion

Thanks for the clarification around those points. Bailey Smith I noticed after the release of the video, that it’s Geelong he is likely to end up at. That’s my bad 🙋‍♂️ I think re Barrass I was saying Hawhtorn most likely to land him, I added that it would be risky adding an older injury prone player. Being 32 is our earliest pick as it stands. I guess that one makes the most sense. I was suggesting that if we Get Keane; then we shouldn’t bother with Battle and vice Versa, as they fulfil the same role. Thanks for your support 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Mark Keane was next in line to play in our defence, but Murphy started to come on leaps and bounds putting keane behind Murphy. So no surprise he wants to come back. Apparently Richmond are willing to play 90% of his salary ,provided a first round pick is part of the deal. (Fly loves lunch )Still don’t see the point of getting him (lynch). S Berry No Ed Allan will be a better player. Ed Allan's Dad was a very good player in his time. You can say Trac and Bont of that time. A player who could play mid and fwd.. If Ed is half the player his dad was, we have a winner.

Gee! Anthony, you've made my day putting Petracca as a 50:50 chance. I have been thinking there is very little chance to snare him and if he is a 50:50 chance that really gets my heart racing. We have no idea how he will perform (mentally) after his horrific injury but guys like him only come around once in a generation. Imagine a midfield with the Daicos boys, JDG and Trac. I'm not sure about Tom Lynch given he hasn't really played since 2022 and realistically there will be zero capital left in the kitty if they can grab Petracca. One thing I do know - I would be far more confident about things if Graham Wright was still with us.

I hope we don’t pay a first round pick for Keane, even 2 seconds seems a little steep but he’d definitely be a good get. Lukosius is someone I’d welcome even if we have too many forwards but I’m still licking my lips at the idea of one of GC’s first rounders and we could end up with someone like Harry O’Farrel. Berry is interesting but it’d have to be very cheap

I'd take Sam Berry in a heartbeat. He'd be great support for Nick, and I think he's under rated. This may sound rediculous, but I'd be reaching out to Josh Rachele. He's got rediculous skills, has been forced to take a backseat since Rankine moved to Adelaide. He'd be disgruntled after Adelaide through him under the bus after the Showdown. Has had personality issues especially with Walker. I think he's the sort of player who could benefit from the culture of support and structure, that Fly has created. Oh and you're right, Nathan Murphy is irreplaceable. But the team needs another tall, mobile defender, and I think Keane is worth another shot.

Definitely don't want another 30+ year old like Lynch when were already got 9-10 in our main roster. I'm a fan of Berry coming across. As much as I am a fan of Ed Allen I think Sam could provide us with that in and under we need. Also just remembering a week or two ago Ben Hobbs being flagged as a potential trade target for Collingwood. Could be an interesting player to add into the discussion.
