Ranking Every 80s NBA Expansion Franchise

Expansion really started in the 60's. It'd be cool to rank those teams to with a longer history too. Starting with the Washington Wizards (1961'), the Bulls (66'), The Thunder & Rockets (67'), The Bucks & Suns (69'), The Blazers, Clippers & Cavs (1970'), and lastly the Jazz (74')
