In todays video we will be ranking every arc in Lookism, essentially making a tier list for all the story arcs. It will be interesting to see what arcs you guys like too so make your own tier list here!

Great tier list but I would just put Daniel vs Logan S tier The story of the homeless guy and the way Daniel beat Logan with him knowing what Zoe was going threw and what she was doing for him was peak

crystal is lwk thrown away potential, she has 2 bodies like daniel and is the daughter of Charles Choi but gets thrown away/isn’t involved in the plot even though she could/should be somewhat important. I feel like she was only made to be a love interred for daniel park

From what I heard, Jiho's death was actually not PTJ's original idea, the (Korean) fans were pressuring the author to kill Jiho off because they didn't like him or something like that

There are 2 types of people who reads lookism 1.those who likes the manhua right before god dog arc aka the slice of life drama enjoyer 2.those who likes the later half There are very few people who enjoys both. I for one love all of lookism. So i Don't understand when people says it got dragged out. Like i can't wait for the next chapter and want it to never end. My favourite arc is definitely the third affiliate arc and the hunt for big deal.

Weird cause I enjoy both. Each half bring a different energy and feel to the webtoon. The first was slower, funnier and more emotional but the hype, caracter development and drama the second half bring is just unmatched.

@@Kaiser3059 so true man. It's like somewhere between chap 75 and 250 the webtoon changed genres and you can't even pinpoint where it changed. God Dog arc feel a lot like the social commentary of the first arc but Hostel arc is so different but equally good it's incredible.

Lookism was originally supposed to be names Dual bodies but for somw reason the authour changed the title to lookism and the Gangs story was foreshadowed from the beginning

Top five for me are: Hunt for big deal (so many good fights plus J-high glow ups was hype!) Juvenile Delinquents (Jiho’s transformation into fearsome villain was eloquent) Hostel (really exemplified how op J-high was at the time, loved how they were made to turn on each other and generally everything to do with the original members of Hostel) Workers 3rd affiliate (loved Daniel’s transformation, loved Jake, love Eli, Xiaolang, UI Daniel, it was all just SO awesome!!) Workers 1st Affiliate (as tedious as it was to get to the actual incursion, the fact everyone got a fight, plus the reunion of the 4 major crews, plus the cyborg, plus all that’s currently going on with Goo and Tom, even though it’s not finished yet, I still have to put it in my top five!)

The only thing i disagree is that the god dog arc and 3 affiliate arc bro The god dog should at least be A or S tier because of the amount of hype in the god dog arc such as gun beating the crap out of yohan and also gun trying to recruit daniel,zack,and i think vasco? And we also get to see how interested gun is to Daniel when he sees another person who has a copy skill like yohan And the 3 affiliates should i guess be S tier because the amount of hype it got me when ui Daniel appear just to clap samuel jake jerry yohan and just no diff them but i can see why you put it at A Also you forgot the Vs Gun Arc😮‍💨

Personally, I would've put the stalker arc right at top like yall have no idea how much that arc impacts me to this very day. It was too well displayed, the candle scene and crystal hving doubts whether daniel has 2 bodies. I feel like this arc kinda revealed daniel's secret out in the open after a very long time hiding it

Personally, I like all the D tier arc. Stalker was really scary, and I love it. PTJ entertainment was really great bc of Duke and Gun & Goo at the end. And the lost pet arc is also great. Sometimes I reread it

It's so obvious Jiho was killed due to fan hate and preasure. Every chapter he was in, 90% of the coments were saying how much they hated him and wanted him to die. But it was so obvious if you know how plot points work, that the author liked Jiho as a character, and wanted to keep using him. I personally wanted to see him redemmed, or at least have a proper conclusion. I think PTJ made it as meaningful and plot relevant as he could, but to me, it was truly a waste of an intresting character.

Every arc before the hostel action thing is the best. And every arc after is... bad, for me. Lookism is much too bloated rn, should've just focused on the MC alone and focused more on the slice of life that many readers were hooked on at the start -- SK's societal problems.

The supernatural will solve itself, but not by overblowing it to massive proportions like what's happening now.
