You did an amazing job without a script. In the episode Toby, Henrietta complains in the beginning and cheers later with her own dialogue, but that's about it. I couldn't tell you were Welsh from how you speak because it sounds like a mix of the dialect in England and the Welsh dialect. I like that you ranked each character the way you wanted to because it shows your thoughts on each one, and I agree with keeping Donald and Douglas as a pair as well as keeping Bill and Ben paired. Your explanation why makes perfect sense.
