Aww you have a new baby at home. Congrats. I hope the fireworks weren’t too disturbing… my dog isn’t a fan either. So funny story, I purchased the Byredo palette when it came back in stock and was so excited but they refunded me because they couldn’t fill the order. I was so upset but now I’m relieved. You’re the first person who isn’t strictly luxury makeup I’ve seen review it. Love the ranking and your eye look is gorgeous.

Viseart is one of my favorite brands. It just works for my mature eyeballs. I love the smaller sizes. My dog loved fireworks. It was go time for her. She would want to play with them. I would break my back holding on the leash so hard. Perhaps sell the Byredo palette. It might make you feel better about it.

@@TracyD2 I think viseart has the nicest smooth shimmers when you don’t want to add/enhance textures like most shimmers do! Ugh so jealous your dog likes fireworks lol. I want to sell it but idk if I feel good about making someone else pay money for it 😂

I’m going to have to get Groovy Gardens. It’s a done deal. I told myself I wasn’t SWOONING over it. But give me a break! And if Katelyn says it’s her favorite palette of all time??? I always relate to your taste. From one Paletteopoly lover to another, super low buy or not, I’m getting this come fall. Also, so cool to hear all the fireworks!!

Love a palette ranking!! A lot of the palettes I tried this year are older releases but I want to pick up Coastal & Secret Garden at some point. I’m so sad for you about the byredo palette but it made me realize I’m glad I didn’t pick it up!

Next time I wear the Nueve Vida palette I need to pair it with the DM Groundwork palette! I've used it by itself a lot but I kind of feel like I've done all the color combos with it that I can think of 😆

My dogs hate fireworks as well. Once the booms start, my dogs refuse to go out for potty after dark. Even if they haven't heard any booms today, they will refuse. It takes a while for them to forget about fireworks and go out in the dark.

@@WendyandBradPitt same boat here! Having my super anxious dog go somewhere with less fireworks definitely helped us ease back into normal life though! I wish I could build a sound proof bunker for dogs to hide in during fireworks!
