On the subject of lack of storyline for King of the Ring, I do feel Gunther has made the Gauntlet itself feel like a proper story. He's been cutting promos about wanting to return prestige to this title, a match and promo against the previous winner to show establish himself as a more worthy champion, and submitting everyone that goes against him. It's not a deep story but there's a clear plotline of him going on this string of domination and not just if he'll be able to beat Gunther, but if he'll be able to submit him like the rest. On the Women's end, Lyra's 'story' in the tournament has been about assisting Becky Lynch and developing a rivalry with Damage CTRL, but that ended when she defeated Iyo Sky and doesn't carry over to the finals. On Nia Jax's end she can't even claim the whole string of dominating her way through a gauntlet because Jade Cargill was disqualified and Bianca has a bad leg, which makes her seem less like an unstoppable monster and more like someone who lucked her way into the finals.

I personally think that becky should retain at KOTR. I feel that the title switching so fast makes the title feel weak and I feel it would be better to have Liv win MITB and cash in the same night on becky or at summerslam. A returning rhea at summerslam when becky retains and liv Morgan steals with a cash-in would be a great way to begin their feud

I feel the discussion of the Queen of the Ring tournament warrants the PREDICTABLE vs BOLD CHOICE match outcomes the IWC keeps arguing about If they would’ve gone with Bianca vs Iyo, this would’ve been a predictable path to get there but they’ve put on bangers before and can do so again. Personally I feel IYO would’ve made a fantastic queen of the ring However, they went with an unpredictable BOLD CHOICE this year in Lyra Valkyrie vs Biance OR Nia, which I feel is the wrong choice for this PLE specifically because of the audience. The Saudi Arabia audience does NOT care for the women’s matches at all, and I feel HHH refuses to acknowledge this by still trying to force odd matchups that might be received well anywhere else really. But Saudi SHOULDVE received WWE’s biggest stars to keep it safe and guarantee a bigger pop for them

Nah Lyra is done with NXT. There's a reason lyra is being pushed so hard and fast already it's because with rhea injured and becky possibly not re-signing after her contract expires next month. Raw has no top female babyfaces left so lyra is probably gonna be liv's first feud after she wins the women's world. They've already been teasing it

With the Liv Vs Becky build up is kind of similar to the Rhea Vs Becky build in which Becky is just able to be there like how they represented Roman for the build to WM 40 but at least roman had the Rock and Paul Heyman to speak on his behalf, but for becky they really just reused the same scene with Becky punching someone to show to some sort of intensity in the feud which seems pretty lazy, like why does Rhea have to be the one to get a rise from Becky even though she suppose to not only make Rhea feel like shes a threat but also us the audience. Becky just feels like placeholder rn, her moveset is meh and her promos been really ehh, like especially compare to Cody's rant at least his willing to discuss with the audience unlike becky with some piped in sounds unless wwe wants us listen to silence for 10 mins
