9:20 Fair. I had chester at power 6 for AGES, he SUCKED. And after the rework and meta shifting around him, I decided to max him, and I'm picking him in like 50% of matches in ranked. He's really damn strong, that 3 and 4 bell shots combo at close range with damage gear is absurd, and if you're sneaky with your super opponents never know which one you have.

I think a good nerf for Chester will be so his star power will only make 100% more dmagae instead of 200% I think it's kinda stupid that his first attack is better then the second. But it could be also nice to see a little buff for some of his supers.
