I 100% agree with your top four being in the top four, but I think I personally would put Minis March Again over Minis on the Move and maybe change the order of the top four a bit…but that’s all I’d change

Good video, mate. I personally loved Mini's on the Move, I remember being weirdly obsessed with it which never really happened to me with the rest of this series. On the topic of the remake however, I was pretty let down with the final result. Back on the 3DS ambassador program, I first got to try the original game and I thought it was super charming and fast, the remake removing fall damage deaths and any type of time attack elements really let me down. The remake is the first game I have ever returned to a shop, was super bummed about it cause I was so hyped by the announcement.

I only own 3 of these games. March of the Mini's, Mini Land Mayhem, and of course the original Mario vs Donkey Kong. I have the remake too. I guess that means the ones I do have are the best in the series. I have Donkey Kong 94 too so I guess I'm all set with only the best ones. Lol

Barrel! I love Mario games and I love Donkey Kong Country games but mixing them into Mario Vs. DK never did it for me. I tried the demo for this newest remake and just couldn’t be sold on it, but it looks like a fun game for younger kids. Even if I were a kid I’d think I would rather just play Tropical Freeze or Mario Wonder.

Listen bro, I think I can name for the most part your top ten games of all time. Not in a particular order though but I am guessing some of them are elden ring, Yakuza Like a Dragon, Baldurs Gate 3, Resident Evil 4, Final Fantasy 7, Tekken 8, Persona 5, Super smash bros, Pikmin 4 and the Witcher 3 (I also like to think that is also Skyrim which is my favourite but I don't think that is actually) in any case the real question is how you would actually rank those games from worst to best, how about a list like for the real epics or maybe you love them all equally I don't know. You should've distinguished between the original and the Switch remake. The Switch version is actually a step back since they removed the score, and perfecting your movement to beat the high score on every stage was what made the actual appeal. Makes me wonder whether the new devs have actually played the original. It's like removing the lap times and placements from a Mario Kart

i think they should've just cut the lives instead of the score. the lives don't really do anything and getting a game over isn't punishing but instead a sort of incentive to take a break.

I only played the original and the remake. The mini mario mechanics in the sequels never interested me.
