Tried to leave a comment on this video last night about the Oldham shirt @ 16:48, Ry but because I'd included a link to a picture of a shirt it probably got filtered out but anyway. The crazy green away kit with the zig-zag lines that they had wasn't just Umbro randomly on a mad one. Turns out that was a template design they gave to a few clubs of the era. Parma had a yellow and blue one with the same pattern but Celtic's 1991/92 away kit is a very close copy to that. Same multiple tones of green colour scheme and all except on the Celtic one, the zig-zag lines aren't symmetrical. Instead it seems to go down the way and then just flat-line. Felt like Umbro were taking the Mick as Celtic's finances were a bit of a shambles at the time to say the least as the lines look like something you'd see reading a Stock Market graph! But yeah if you Google Search Celtic 1991/92 away kit you'll find it. It's got People's Ford as a sponsor on the front which brought it's own contraversies too. Good video as always, Ry! Bovis was the kit sponsor for Oldham in 91/92 with JD Sports taking over from 92/93 with Oldham keeping the same 3 kits from 91/92 which over the years has led to a bit of confusion

Arsenal fan - I’ve always liked the green & yellow Man Utd shirt and the bruised banana arsenal shirt is awesome. You should rank the goalkeeper shirts from early 90s as they were wild! 😂

Top video again Ry. Some fantastic memories there. 90s football shirts were very much similar to fashion styles at the time when you look at the likes of Coventry and Norwich. As a Villa fan I have got all 3 of those as originals. Classic shirts

I'm so lucky to have that kit. I bought it for 1 quid in a Ugandan second hand clothes market in 2011. I literally would not sell it for anything less than 6 figures.

The greatest Norwich shirt ever. The scrambled egg shirt. A legendary kit as we ended 3rd and into Europe where we famously beat Bayern Munich in the Olympic Stadium. The only English club to do so.

The most stupid statement people make about hoop shirts is that you can’t change it. In reality unlike solid colour shirts , you can make the hoops narrow or wide , the number of hoops, the blue hoops dominate or the white hoops dominate, as in blue background or white background, shirt sleeves, in reality they are far more different than say a Liverpool, Everton , Man City, Man United, Tottenham and many more. I had to laugh when people said that Spurs had a really different kit. My god QPR sleeves can be white , blue or both. Don’t be lazy .

Good video buddy. I wish the EPL had 22 clubs again. I enjoy watching the EPL. I would rather the Champions League be knockout only. Ir if they must have groups in the Champions League then have the old system from last season and start the EPL season 2 weeks earlier for 22 clubs. All the Kits are awesome. Also all clubs should have squads of 30 players instead of 25 players.

@@RysFootyParadise you are right they could go to 18 clubs but won't. i would not like them to ever go to 18 clubs, 20 clubs is better than 18 clubs but I prefer 22 clubs. I would personally prefer Champions league to be knockout only as that what excites me. For the extended clubs world cup i prefer the old format. The nations world cup being extended to 48 nations is too many nations. I wish knockout only in Champions league and have 22 EPL clubs. I enjoy watching English Football the best. I think where to cut football is have 32 nation world cup, have UEFA Champions league knockout or old system like last season. If they had old system and started the season 2 weeks earlier then one game they don't need to play is the community shield. if UEFA Champions league was knockout only then start the season same as normal and keep the community Shield.
