I think what made Vader such a great villain was the fact that he was always in pain no matter what he was doing. He was in a no win situation and all he had was hate. But when we're talking about Sith, it could be debatable the way you look at it, but I still think he's a great Sith, as in that time his only option was the Dark Side.

​@MasterrEli he also created the rule of 2. All Bane did was find revan's holocron and eliminate every sith out there so he could make the rule of 2 a reality. The idea of the rule of 2 was made by revan himself and he also was able to weaken an early vitiate but If I recall he was still a jedi at the time so you probably don't want to use that as a part of the ranking as that is ranking the power of jedi revan and not darth revan but him creating the rule of 2 and being as power as he is means he should be behind bane in my opinion as he is weaker than bane(as a sith at least) and more influential.

i may be mistaken but I remember Dooku getting sith eyes on one or two select occasions in the clone wars, like when he was using force lightning. Either way, the usage of force lightning alone shows some dark side dedication. I agree with you though, I really just wasn't sure about him

He one hundred percent had the corrupted Sith eyes, but like Sidious he was able to disguise it with the Force. In the episode where Dooku is training Savage Oppress and he electrocutes him with Force Lightning, it was incredibly obvious that he had Sith eyes.

Revan has an ending in the Kotor games where he is actually successful in eliminating the jedi and taking over the galaxy. While this doesn't seem to be the "canon" ending the fact that it exists implies that it was possible.

Revan is the GOAT. I'm 100% sure if he hadn't had his mind wiped, this is where the galaxy was going. As far as abilities go, I think he just needed time to figure them out. He could figure out any force power he wanted, light or dark. He's basically Batman. With enough prep time, he could learn ANY force ability.

Revan became a Jedi. That is one of the main reasons he should not be top 10. As a huge fan of his I firmly believe that due to him not fitting perfectly as either Sith or Jedi he should not be seen as top 10 in either. Maybe in a top 10 force users but not jedi or sith

Several issues with the list, I'll focus on the biggest two. Darth Malgus killed his master but was NEVER the leader of the Sith Empire. Maybe of that attack, but has ALWAYS been Sith above him in terms of rank. He still answered to the Dark Council and the master above his master. He orchestrated the attack on the Republic capital to BURN it - the Sith above him? Used it as a tool for negotiating a better deal. He was FURIOUS about it. Darth Malgus has never really been beaten lore wise yet either. Satele Shan failed against him twice, and needed to be saved both times she fought him. He orchestrated the attack on the Republic capital. Lead it personally as well. When it came to fighting Jedi at that temple, he was outnumbered, even with the strike force. Killed the best duelist of the Order at that time - Zallow. (this is mentioned in-game). When it came to his betrayal of the Sith? It took a team of 5 to stop him, and even then after ANOTHER denotator blowing up in his face and yeeting him down a shaft...he still didn't die. He was rebuilt with a bomb inside him to control him...which when he was 'crushed' after defeating the republic, he STABBED HIMSELF to disable the bomb and without pausing to rest and heal he broke free and went on a rampage. It took over a dozen force users to subdue him and they still struggled. They had to build a specifically FOR him and even that barely contains his rage. Well...until he was set free. AGAIN! When it came to force power - there hasn't been one stronger the Vitiate. Even in all of legends, while Sidious takes second place...he doesn't hold a candle to Vitiate who, while building and focusing on the Eternal Empire as Valkorian still had a body with The Sith Empire...then ATE A PLANET of all life on it while controlling hundreds of people ON this planet! (Ziost) Jedi, Sith, didn't matter. Sidious needed to use tech to create new bodies...Vitiate did it through the force and in a ritual...KILLED THE FORCE ON A PLANET! He succeeded in doing what that woman wanted... Sidious is the most power ON SCREEN but lore wise...takes the L against Vitiate. Who even after being locked away in a holocron had ANOTHER ritual to come back! Like...the fucker doesn't stay dead! He's like Star Wars Voldermort - plenty of horcruxes. In terms of Sith in pure combat capability - Malgus. Easily. He understands the force to a degree that most don't. He understands his own weakness was the woman he loved, and killed her and made her into a strength in death. By himself broke into the house of one of his rivals tore through the guards and killed him - Lord Adraas. Who helped in the attack on the Jedi Temple.

Revan, even though he is my second favorite sith, could actually be lower on this list or not on it at all. Kreia proposes that Revan may have not fallen to the dark side at all and his mission was to prepare the galaxy for thew return of the true sith. This implies that he may have never been an actual sith at all. I agree that Nihilus is a weird one. He's less a sith and more a force of nature.

Ventress wasn’t really a sith and was more of an assassin for Dooku. Dooku trained her like he trained Grievous, but she was aware of Sidious and knew of the Rule of Two. She was more of a dark Jedi or dark side user than sith.

Due to recent slapping from Disney and realizing that old republic is actually pretty good. Many of these Super nerds of legends are starting to relent on their bias only a little bit about how superior the old sith were. I mean in all honesty one of the greatest sith of all time would be the original Sith king. The dude repelled the Rakkata and inspired other slave races to rebel and was the turning point in the ancient history. With out the orginal sith king. IMO, from what I've seen, Revan is like Batman. Given enough prep time, his mastery of tactics, and ability to learn basically any force ability he wanted, it's hard to see him as anywhere other than like top 3. If you go full dark in KOTOR, he takes over the galaxy and wipes out ALL the Jedi. Not the "canon" timeline, but definitely a timeline that exists somewhere, and a feat that no Sith before or since could have accomplished. Revan is an absolute BEAST.

Per SWTOR developer hall hood, Valkorion was meant to be equal to prime sidious. Vitiate has casually dismissed during EOO Meetra Surik, Revan, Arcann, Unchained Vaylins spirit, Thexan, Darth Marr, Satele Shan, Senya Tirall, The Outlander, Scourge all coming at him with sabers at the same time and with the force. Sabers will do nothing against the monstrosity.

Darth Malgus is what Vader would have been if it wasn’t for his suit and being a pawn. In my opinion, he’s the only Sith you can directly compare to Vader and I couldn’t even say Vader would win over him 100% of the time in a head to head. Well... I guess Starkiller squeaks by as he was technically going to inherit a Darth title from the man itself. Ol' Georgie boy scribbled the names "Darth Icky" and "Darth Insanious" on a napkin. The team carefully considered these and... Stuck with Starkiller.

i agree with the vader ranking, put what about knightfall vader, in that he fought Sidious and won. and it wasn't exactly just a vision it was the force itself not an imagination but what could've been had he won his duel on mustafar
