Yeah I have beef to pick with Tod. He is not a defender, that is literally just an informed ability. Ultimately he has 2 shots and 2 dribbles I think. You can use him anywhere except defender and goalkeeper less you give him some actual defensive moves. He was confusing to say the least.

I think they fixed that by altering his position to that of a Midfielder in the sequels.

In my experience, this is accurate. I wouldn't have put Bobby so low, Jim is better in the early game but it doesnt take long to get Blade Attack (plus you're guaranteed to get a manual for Quick Draw for free in Chapter 3.) Bobby also gets Hurricane Arrows later on which is one of the best block moves in IE1. Max is well-placed and imo he's the best candidate for Inazuma-1 (if you don't want to stick to canon) since it matches his element and Axel already has an air shot with Inazuma Drop. Kevin I don't really rate as high, since his main condition is that Axel has to be on the field in order to get the most out of his moveset. Obviously Axel is great and you're gonna want to field him but if you want to switch it up and try a different forward, Kevin becomes a lot less viable unless you invest move manuals into him.

@@Scizorica This list is if the player uses story characters and no extra moves are given as that would make everyone a 5/5 FW as you can give them all Inazuma-1. Base movesets only. IE 1 also has little to no postgame worth playing and Bobby learns Hurricane Arrows too late for him to put into use. Jim is higher as Bobby has a phase where he's essentially move-less unlike Jim. And Jim gets a dribble move over Bobby a bit later down the line. Bobby's decent when he does get Blade Attack and he doesn't get anything else.

@ZykriaAK not necessarily. Having good moves is all well and good, but having the stats and elemental bonus to back it up also plays a big part, as well as TP economy. I wouldn't call a character outright 'bad' when, let's be real, IE1 movesets are wildly unbalanced and even the best moves don't make a mediocre character any better.

A funny running gag in the inazuma eleven games is Willy Glass getting powerful moves, he gets chaos break in one game for example, I believe that game is Inazuma Eleven 3

Joins too late but because Jude’s Inazuma Break annihilates all the 3 teams the game puts you up against, he’s that high up. If he joined 3 ish chapters earlier than no doubt he would be #1 and all his stats except GK would be 5.

How do you get Eric Eagle in the 1st game? I've been rewatching the anime and playing the first game and i thought you would get him normally through story but apparently not, do you have to talk to celia or Nelly? Or just find him around town?

you need to go to the hospital with Bobby in your top 4 positions after (Or was it before?) defeating Kirkwood and before the Zeus does the uh Thing with the water™ If you do it after they do the Thing, you'll need to wait until postgame to scout him

Bobby at #14 is wrong imo, unless you play the game underleveld and without teaching anyone a move. His stats are insane. Luckily he will at least be top 7 in IE2

I actively do not use Killer Slide because of the 50/50 foul chance(it’s also super weak as well) so he gets dribbled past by any move until Blade Attack. He also gets no dribble moves. Therefore his placement is justified. It’s a shame that he starts off painfully.

@@TheModecular Dribble moves are the least useful moves tho since they just waste TP when you could pass. If you just teach him another move for those really early stages he is miles better than the likes of Jim and Timmy

@@RedNas669 Dribbles are still better than nothing. While they are the least useful they offer good support. E.g. Tod dribbled past 3 brainwashing players for me to get Axel into position etc. This list takes players without extra moves because then that would mean I would have to make everyone 5/5 FW and such. Everyone has a different experience and they would get different manuals in each of their runs etc.

Ohh I think we all knew top 2 in this list. But sadly, my boy Jude couldn't be top 3. It's not even his fault bro, if the devs just gave him to you in chapter 2 he'd be better than Maxwell Carson. Oh god I hope that's the case at least, because he had more things better than Max.

In IE 1 Shadow as an optional is a very good player. Erik Eagle, I don't agree, I used him as an offensive midfielder and Max is so overrated, both were 2 of my better midfielders. 😂🤣😂 PS: Actually Axel is #1. Mark Evans in IE1 is crap, he only gets better from IE2 forward. Poseidon is the better Earth GK in IE1. God Hand/Majin the hand, may be OP in the anime, but it isn't in the game. 😅 Make him learn the Inazuma Eleven GK hissatus or that Farm team GK hissatu, then he gets better. 😏
