8:00 I actually like Ezekiel because there are loads of fanfictions that are based on the premise of him never making his sexist comments and being a serious contender. In canon, he's a non-character in Island. I feel as though the show goes way too far in his treatment in World Tour though because it felt overly disturbing to have him go feral. Even as a kid, I thought it was disturbing.

Owen should've been eliminated instead of Tyler in the Area 51 Episode, not only is Tyler way funnier than Owen, but Tyler did more in the challenge, and he was the most loyal to Alejandro(it makes no sense Alejandro voted for his most loyal teammate and Owen voted for the one guy trying to save him. Realistically only Duncan should've voted for Tyler). Also would've been great to see Tyler in merge and get eliminated around where Owen would've so he wouldn't have overstayed his welcome.

Stacy is one of the best written characters. From the moment she comes in, she does EXACTLY what her purpose is - to be annoying. Everybody knows that she is obviously going to be the first boot, and the whole episode she is in is just humorous. And the fact that she only competes in 1 episode also works for her favour. honestly, anne maria was presented as a one-note/one-joke gimmick character, and I was afraid that'd be all she was, but she's actually really entertaining, and the fact she got superpowers from all the hair spray she uses is such a funny boon for challenges. also, I wish dakotazoid never existed, because dakota deserves that happy ending. by far one of my favorite characters. Sam is also the goat and should've at least made merge in allstars. he wasn't the strongest player, but he always felt really solid in all the challenges.

Nah Amy and Samy plotline is so underrated, Amy being born with a hatred for her twin sister and plotting her elimination by turning the tribe against her for only to Samy to take her identity last minute, this would be so much cooler if the writers decided to extend sa,y's revenge or the twin rivalry more or at least letting samy in to the merge. And most importantly, they brought a lot of drama with a different type of dynamic.

Much as Tyler’s S1 loss is sad I think there’s more to it than Duncan wingman stuff. Sure Courtney screws up big time at a clutch moment and it’s genuinely not clear why he didn’t gain one for getting in the chicken coop, but feel like he still would’ve been a contender if he did gain the point. We remember her big mistakes but Courtney’s pretty much the leader and major motivator for the Bass, people listen to her and think she’s just straight up a more valuable teammate than the guy who’s pretty much never come in clutch once all season. Tyler’s also my favorite minor contestant straight up though, I think he’s got finalist potential if he gets a good story.

Plus all the off screen interns Chris starves and the intern that got mutated.

I actually will give the 3rd gen cast this, I like the idea of Sammy as a character. Both her getting one up on her sister in a clever way for the elimination which aside from Topher is my favorite elimination for how clever it was. And the sweet dynamic between her and Jasmine with not only Jasmine encouraging her but also not falling for Amy’s BS. Though I will say she has the most fucked up family life probably waiting for her at home after the season. Which is why I am sad with how her arc ended. She feels like a character who was just getting good before the show boots her. Her sister nope she can go to hell for all I care.
