Something I’d like to note about Candyland’s trio is that it bases itself off of those medieval kingdoms. Mandy is the queen based off of the crown, Chester is the jester based off his entire personality and his outfit, and -Barry- Berry being a knight based off his outfit (knights are horses in chess)

I think they maybe made pearl the third member because pearl could be a disguise for them. If they are notorious for being gritty, strong, and have a hate for robots, then pearl could make people caught off guard since she is a robot who bakes cookies. Not what you’d except for such a notorious trio, so that’s most likely why. Sam also most likely got over his hate for robots because of pearl.

They were both couples and had a daughter named Pearl. Brawl Stars took this advantage to make Goldarm Gang a trio and making Pearl a robot just so its not obvious these were REAL thiefs. (Cool ig, but couldnt they just make Pearl a real human?)

I really like the Snowtel trio but at the same time they kinda showcase the issue. Each brawler uses the EXACT same colors. At least with other trios where all the brawlers have the same color (Tara’s, Superhero, etc.), the designs play around body types and color placement at least a little more.

The reason why Sam hates robots is because he use to work at a factory that made robots and one day he was working and he sees a cat in the machine so he stops machine by breaking some wires and then golden barley aka his boss fired him because of that so that’s when he joined belle for payback

(Also irony with Sam) In all realness, I’m guessing incorporating a cookie machine into a design for a human girl could’ve been hard when considering her kit and overall trio theme. Also, if that were the case, she could’ve ended up looking too much like Jessie/Penny.
