@@bookswithellak as someone who also put off watching breaking bad for a while, there comes a moment watching it, a different point for everyone, where your brain just shuts down and you become in awe of what you are watching. It manages to convey nearly every single human emotion i can think of (to absolute perfection) to its viewers at some point in its run. Obviously it has its general tone you can expect from most episodes but in general the pacing is always an absolute roller coaster of highs and lows, humor as well as lots of twists and sometimes shear bewilderment

Stranger Things season 4 was out since 2022. Everyone's waiting for 5. Season 4 is literally one of the best peak of fiction, you are really missing out though

I would definitely recommend Blue Eye Samurai! Beautifully animated with Shōgun/GOT vibes. And based on some of the shows on here, you might also like The White Lotus, The Umbrella Academy, The Bear, and Halt and Catch Fire.

You should watch “The Golden Girls” it was way ahead of it’s time and it lasted from 1985 - 1992 and the spin off series the golden palace has 1 season from 1992 - 1993

Check out HBO's succession. If you are into dramas and dark comedies. For me, it's a mix bag of Game of Thrones, Suprano, and The Office. Humor is pretty dark sometimes. But the writing of each character is damn good (all credits goes to Jesse Armstrong), It has only four seasons, and the season final is memorable and not at all disappointing in a single way.

daredevil season 2 isnt the best because its used to set up other shows, punisher and defenders the latter being terrible, tyhe punisher episodes are great but the others less so, seaoson 3 weirdly is alot better given what happened in defenders, really good televison

Also game of thrones never declined after the first 3 or 4 seasons. Season 6 is literally the best season with the best episodes of the show, it declined in season 7&8 with season 7 being okay and 8 a disaster

@@jackhamey659 POV: I never watched GOT. Season 6 has the show's best episodes, the door, the battle of the bastards and the winds of winter. The winds of winter is by far the best episode of tv history. Also simplifying the plot of season 6 as battle between good and even is absurd. There's lot of layers and reveals throughout that season like the only backstory we get about the night king, Daenerys getting the dothraki army, cercei blowing up the Sept (the best scene in TV history), the battle of the bastards, hold the door, Arya chase scene with the faceless.
