1:42:17 What you were saying actually reminds me of this Powerpuff Girls book. There were a few of these. One of them was All Chalked Up, which changed bits of the story (for example, Him does not take the form of a butterfly) and there was another where the girls became concerned when a boy at school didn't invite them to a party because he thought they did exciting things and would be bored, so they threw a "Come as the villain you'd most like to beat up" fancy-dress party, and then he invited them (the conflict was that some of the real villains showed up). But the one I was thinking about was actually about Ms Keane. While the girls were at some kind of dental or doctor's appointment, Him ambushed the school and although he didn't do anything much to the kids, he threw some kind of red powder on Ms Keane when she defended the class. That day, she seemed a bit agitated and pink-faced. The next day, she was the most horrible teacher ever and almost red in the face - basically, the powder Him threw on her was slowly turning her into a monster, and she got worse from there. I don't remember the outcome, though.

As someone with The Powerpuff Girls as my special interest, this video was so great! We may disagree a LOT like especially with some of the ones you put at the bottom that I absolutely love but this video was so helpful and was great background noise while making ppg art!!

The Ameoba Boys are one of the first villains made for the series, debuting in the 1992 CalArts short, returning in both the 1995 & 1996 What a Cartoon shorts, before being a villain in the 1998 series as a whole

I remember when I stayed home from school one day back in the early 2010’s and seeing most of S2 on boomerang was my first exposure to the show and just watching this video in general and remembering most of these episodes after years of not seeing them brings back good vibes great work:)

Thanks for putting so much effort into this. I love the PPG. Also i’ve seen many criticism on how Buttercup (and sometimes Blossom) likes to pick on Bubbles, personally I like that cause it shows their sibling dynamic and even Blossom isn’t above picking on her (younger) sisters. Not sure how I feel about Bubbles being the strongest of the ppg, I used to agree with it, but i’ve seen so many refer to the Bubble Mojo episode as prove of it, when its basically Mojo fighting them in Bubbles’ body, so maybe if Mojo had their powers he would’ve obliterated them easily, as seen in Mojo Rising and the Los Dos Mojo episode. Also the one with the cap is Brick not Butch lol Brick (Red), Butch (Green), Boomer (Blue). I personally more of a fan of the later redesign, with Brick having long spiky hair that mimics an evil cape to mirror Blossom’s long hair that mimics a heroic cape. RRB is very problematic now, I’m curious how Craig would utilize them, since he confirms that he’s interested in adding them in his new ppg show

I will admit I slipped up on that during the recording process so that one is on me for messing up their names 😅 As for Bubbles, I may be a bit biased given I'm a Bubbles fan myself but also I'd wanna point out Bubblevicious as an episode given how firmly she was able to go THAT HARD if she wasn't so nice all the time 😅

Also I once read that she’s probably the strongest emotionally, or will be the strongest emotionally when she gets older mainly because how quick she’s willing to forgive Buttercup for smashing her chalk. I also love that you also think Bubbles and Boomer would be a couple, probably by far the one that most people agreed with, though ironically also the least popular one in the ppgxrrb ship community

It's really nice seeing you give seasons 5 and 6 a more fair opinion rather than just straight out hating them like most other people do cause while yes they may not be as great as the first 4 seasons there are still some great episodes and some episodes I personally enjoy from those seasons.

I'll admit Season 5 wasn't great, in fact I personally rank it dead last amongst the other seasons, but if you ask me personally it doesn't make it a bad season. It's more a case of 5 and 6 being ones where you can TELL that something is missing and they are trying so hard to not make it noticeable but it backfires by the end. They're still alright, just not the best of the series. ♥️

Only the Christmas Special from Season 5 was good, but that was the ONLY GOOD episode from that season, absolutely disappointed.

@@xpdev0 I disagree there were episodes like Curses, Burglar Alarmed, Substitute Creature, Documentary, Silent Treatment, The Boys are Back in Town and See Me Feel Me Gnomey that were pretty good from that season as well.

Glad I was able to sit through this long episodic ranking video. I know a certain someone had it worse with two certain animated FOX programs. There's two notes I wanna bring up. 1: I (oddly enough) happen to know a YTP'er by the name of PinkDelilahTea, who is also a fan of the PPG series. And is a transgender. And is British (I think)..... AND even has the same first name as you IRL!! Are you sure that you're not.... the secondary account of that YTP'er? 2: Yes I do recall seeing "Madeline in New York", as well as PLENTY of Madeline VHS' in my childhood days, and I NEED a Madeline episodic ranking!

Season 3 would use Chemical X-Traction / Mojo-Jojo A Go-Go Music A LOT, since the video games were releasing at the time, and the show promoted it through music teases Though Mojo-Jojo A Go-Go is MUCH BETTER than Chemical X-Traction, despite both games being garbage in quality, expected for some licensed games of that era.

1:00:05 The Staceys? Do you mean the Ashleys? I don't think there were any girls called Stacey in Recess, but there was a posse of girls called Ashley. Spinelli was pretty sensitive about that because her first name was Ashley and she hated being associated with them. They're actually based on the Heathers from the 1988 movie of the same name, a trio of high school girls all called Heather, although the movie focuses more on their new clique adoptee, who is not called Heather, but Winona Ryder's performance was part of what put her on the map, and one of her co-stars apparently had to play manipulative unbalanced assassins forevermore after taking that role.
