im so impressed by how amazing brandon and the girls are even after everything they went through in their childhood. I know they love their mum but watching your parents be split up and growing up with so many men coming and going from your life, making you uncomfortable, and seeing your mom struggle finding herself can be so hard on you. And its even more of a reflection of how good Jen raised them even through all of that, that they are still such nice people and never ever seem to hold anything against Jen, they understand and love her. Its very nice to see

Thats usually why people wear headsets on podcasts, so they can hear themselves and the other people. So you notice when youre speaking over each other

@Rewbin08
@Rewbin08 4 ай бұрын
@twincherry4958 No you dont need to wear a headset to notice, but if youre trying to get a word in while the other person is talking, hearing your own voice and the other voice(s) in the headset, you will hear what we're hearing, which is a bunch of incoherent noise. The episode kennedy was talking about where she wanted to punch them, we cant really tell whats being said when theyre all trying to speak, Im sure they notice, but dont realize how incomprehensible it sounds at the same time, thats where wearing a headset/headphones helps.

Isn't it wild how we discuss the fear of America being invaded, yet casually reminisce about an ex-boyfriend who served in Iraq minutes later? I saw another comment mention this & I agree. America literally de-humanized an entire nation of people in order to justify their poor mistake - it's so disgusting. Literally a million of innocent Iraqi civilians died because of the detremental US involvement WHICH WAS SO UNNECESSARY. Some reading and research would tell you this straight away. Idk this conversation is a peculiar paradox that highlights a disconnect between basic, political awareness and rose-tinted, personal relationships with those involved in military service.
@dianampm99

many americans are literally so out of it when it comes to anything outside of their world. its insane, but thats what their government, political and entertainment industries have created so that they remain like this, and never revolt against it - the main country that is at fault for many of the world's wars and the first one that tries to wipe out anything that doesnt serve them or aligns with their supposed ideology. Which is why they also love creating narratives about other countries being complete villains, and them being either the saviours, or at minimum, the lesser evil.

I had a bunch of tics to Jen like this and a couple weird throat ones. What makes it a problem is because you can’t stop it or it feels like a massive urge. Which you expressed. I never knew if I had T or not but I had been diagnosed ocd and I was also in a lot of high stress environments as a kid. I still have intrusive thoughts and little ocd rituals that come into my head and I feel a mini subconscious panic that passes quickly now but that’s kinda what ocd, tics, anxiety feel like and I relate!! The feelings that come with it and motivation behind the actions , much love to you it makes sense that your anxious tendencies showed as physical symptoms like tics, you also have a high emotional intelligence and awareness btw ❤

My mom had not a skin tag but what she thought was an acne scar near her eye for about 30 years. I got her to start moisturizing, it started protruding and apparently she was cutting the protruding part off with a scalpel in her bathroom. One random doctor made her get her scar checked. Turns out that acne scar was actually skin cancer that she’s had for the last 30 years
