Quick take on the kings: Demar's fit has been better than ppl give credit for. Obviously it's not perfect, but a majority of our losses have come from horrible 3 point shooting from our "shooters". Yes, we're giving up a lot of 3s and demar contributes to that, but we would have like 6 more wins if our shooters did their jobs consistently

i hate the conversation around the lakers (as a fan) because any fan with common sense can tell you there isn’t one sole reason for their struggles. it’s a collective thing for sure. yeah there was some fingers to point that were clear as day but at the end of the day the entire team is the problem. losing a game to the atlanta hawks after a masterclass from both Bron & AD told me this team has zero real chance any time soon. the personnel of this team is HORRENDOUS and a majority of that blame goes to rob pelinka. coaching can only be so much of the problem but when you have players that show ZERO to NONE effort there is just nothing to do. not a soul on that team can guard efficiently besides Anthony Davis and Lebron (at times).

On the hawks and selling high on Hunter, Kenny mentioned it but the Hawks have no incentive to trade him considering they don’t own their own pick. Also, Hunter was great last year off the bench in 30ish games and it’s translated to this season. Hunter at this point is too important for the hawks success. I believe the Hawks are 9-0 when Hunter scores 20+. You can’t trade him when the team feels like they’re coming together and a lot of it is because of him.

Brave New World by Aldous Huxley is my favorite book I've ever read, and the greatest. It's not the easiest read but there's a lot of commentary and critique on the modern world, even though it was written in 1932. It's about a dystopia disguised as a utopia where soul, belief, and purpose is secondary to good feelings and fun. Would love to see your guy's thoughts on it.

I think the wizards coach just isnt under pressure to win they’d probably enjoy tanking this season to try to end up in a spot like okc with young talent and maybe trade some bigger contracts for more picks. But i do think they could be a play in team if they develop these players in 2-3 years if poole can be a consistent 25&5 pg which he definitely capable of.
