Ngl Gyarados's sprite is great. I also love the eeveelution sprites too. But I gotta say I'm not a fan of lickitung's sprite, or lickitung in general tbh.

Best is haunter worst is golbat., Haunters is pretty fking terrifying and golbats is so bad its comical. I think gen 2 and 3 started to have the animated sprites and they look pretty dope so it'd be cool if you could do those as well?

Scyther is the coolest, Sandshrew is the cutest, and Psyduck is the funniest. And then there's the shriveled up willy Metapod in the corner

18:00 To be fair, Machop's Red and Green sprites are by far its ugliest. Suffice it to say it became my favourite Pokémon well after Gen 1. Curiously, VGC legend Wolfe Glick did his own version of this video, and he called it cute and put it in the A tier!

Honestly, I'd be hard pressed to give any sprite before gen 4 above a C. And then models only became actually good in Scarlet & Violet. Even Sword & Shield seemed a bit awkward like, parts were flat and 'cut out'.

I agree with most of your list except mewtwo. To me that mewtwo looks like a sentient hyper intelligent clone of mew... In their new sprites mewtwo looks closer to a clone of kid buu

Some gen 1 designs are really awesome I kinda wish they kept them. I think some of them feel kinda soulless in comparison. Like chubby Pikachu is so much cuter, also I think this Golbat looks better he has more personality, fight me.
