When you get right down to it, it's the only thing that matters apart from the adventures you have. It's the only thing you can really spend money on that sticks with your character. That and ship sets. But really this game exists so you can get in-game money to play pretty pirate dress-up adventure.

The long hairstyles deform when you have a jacket on or a shirt that has a high collar (if you see the hair hugging to the neck or going way too far back)

tbh the sailor headbands actually look really cool with long hair, they're one of my go-tos on my pirate(to be fair i've only played for like a week)

20:49 so for this hairstyle, i use it for the white streak (like many people apparently) but it looks different when wearing certain higher collar jackets and shirts, the weird stiff part gets like tucked away, doesn't show in the preview but looks pretty good in game imo

15:47 it has a very long tail which is really cool but you can't see it while wearing a jacket. I use it WITH my jacket on tho so it becomes a cleaner slick back hairstyle which is what I'm going for.

So my style appears to be around B, I use the Sovereign hair with the Legendary Bound beard and I think it suits my character fairly well

The preview model does not do a good job of showing it but the forsaken ashes beard has lit fuses in it. I rock it all the time but I wish there were more fuses.

@@Bacxaber Well, yes and no. Back in the Arena days ("Fortunate son" playing while staring into the void") this style was all the rage here in Europe. It's usage has diminished but I see it every now an then, mostly on tdm people.

18:48 Your clothing does have an effect on your hair style. Some shirts and jackets actually squeeze (tighten?) your hair around your neck and it's infuriating. So many combos I've tried out in the past were eliminated for exactly this reason.

Could you go over some of the things you mentioned like hairstyles in the game that are only on NPCs or like the black and white hair dye you mentioned that are unique attributes for characters in a video? Ive heard peopel talk of unique scars and stuff too but no videos in it.

That's a good idea, I might. Keep in mind though, I don't have "evidence" of everything like I do with that file listing of Colin's hair. Some leaked stuff doesn't exist on NPCs either, whereas others do and aren't in the leak.
