The fact that they are the only active girl group who produce their own music, 3 of the members are actively producing music, they write their own lyrics, they even do their own choreo. (G)i-dle no doubt is the best of this generation, people tasteless if they don't stan (g)i-dle. The ENTIRE discography is so different from eachother at this point you can't even predict what their next concept is going to be. Y’all need to know the difference between cultural concepts and cultural appropriation. Señorita was not cultural appropriation. Hann was not cultural appropriation. Lion was not cultural appropriation. Uh Oh was not cultural appropriation. Oh My God was not cultural appropriation. Cultural appropriation is when you steal something from a culture and use it in a way that it isn’t supposed to be used without understanding it’s backstory. If I wore a Buddha necklace, it would be cultural appropriation. If I wore a qipao that shows my stomach and chest area, that would be cultural appropriation. In their songs, they simply make it a Spanish style or a Latin style, which every single artist in the world does. So if someone makes hip hop, you would say they’re culturally appropriating Black culture? No, because hip hop is a stylistic choice, not taking a culture and claiming it. To be honest, (G)I-DLE would be placed last in rap if it weren't for Soyeon. The only girls in (G)I-DLE who can rap properly are Soyeon, Yuqi and Minnie. But Yuqi never raps in their songs, and Minnie has only rapped in 'i'm the trend'. It's all Soyeon. Soyeon is the best female rapper in kpop right now (there, I said it) and she carries (G)I-DLE's not existent rap line.

I stan EVERGLOW and ITZY because I like their music more (everyone has their own taste and opinions). Even though a lot of people say they are tired pf them having the same concept (if you like their concept then why are you complaining. Western singers mostly keep the same concept and people listen to lots of artist, no just one person. I don’t get it. If you like a group and the concept, how do you get bored of it? (G)I-DLE is my fav 4th gen group (my fav overall actually) like how can you get 6 perfect girls for 1 group? Like Minnie, Miyeon and Yuqi are amazing singers and Yuqi and Soyeon can RAP. Shuhua and Miyeon are the most beautiful women I’ve seen (apart from Tzuyu, Irene etc.) and they are complete all rounders. They are so unique and they all have their eras and time to shine.

G-Idle is going to be really successful both in Korea and internationally. They are on a whole other level. Their songs are bops and really unique, none of their songs are generic or boring, they all have a different vibe to it. They are the concept queens. I just love their concepts. They're so versatile. Remember, they had 15M digital index points which was the highest for all korean groups last year and they never left the top 10 brand reputation. They have so many CF locally and variety show guestings. This september in particular, GIDLE is #6 in brand reputation and ITZY is in #11. GIDLE is still weak with their international fanbase yet ITZY has established their international fanbase already. They have a song on spotify that reached 100M streams, Wannabe is next. Their views, despite all groups uses ads, ITZYs still continue to have many views.

For me (G)I-DLE is 1st in everything. You can say I’m biased as I am a Neverland. Rapping? Don’t need to ask who is the queen, Capitan Soyeon of course! Vocals? (G)I-DLE members all have different vocal ranges which can blend together so well. It’s just amazing. Miyeon and Minnie are two powerful vocalists and yet we have Yuqi deep and husky voice! Dancing? Gotta choose Soojin! I admit she’s not that energetic when it comes to dancing and her body is not as flexible as the other main dancers. But her facial expression and charisma is just so overwhelming! Like she just stand still and look hot af. Her movements are so smooth and captivating, it doesn’t look messy when she rocks her body. I prefer Soojin more than machine dancers. Visuals? Guys, I honestly never stunned by any kpop visual before. But when I saw Shuhua, I was like “her eyes are so pretty and her smooth skin just feel so natural!”. I knew immediately that she is a visual! But for other groups, if you don’t tell me who’s the visual, I won’t know cause I don’t attracted. I feel like they’re equally beautiful. Concepts? (G)I-DLE of course! No need to ask, just look at how they pull off and rock every concepts. Especially lion and Oh my god left me speechless! Mv? (G)I-DLE, they contain different views and aspects in the mv not just jewels, sparkling sparkling. I really enjoyed it! Songs? (G)I-DLE write and compose their own songs (Korean, Japanese and even Chinese!)! The lyric goes so well and they don’t use lame words that just good to ears. To all the people in the comment section bashing Jeon Soyeon, do some research before commenting. I've seen people comment that she isnt a good dancer, that isnt a good vocal. And in general saying that they dont understand why neverlands say what we say about her. Soyeon is in fact a really good dancer, and an excellent hiphop dancer. She may not have the best vocals, but her voice is amazing and unique and complements her group really nicely in their side tracks. Her stage prescence and facials are out of thus world. Do we even need to mention her rap????? Soyeon writes, produces and helps with choreography for her group and has written songs for other groups like CLC's NO which got them their first win(#proud multistan). I love EVERGLOW, I think they have great talent and on some level some of their individual members can out perform certain other members of the other two groups. That being said, as a whole they aren't there yet. ITZY and (G)I-DLE are practically on another level and I feel it's sort of mean to compare them with just bigger groups. Yes, they're all 4th generation and EVERGLOW may just blast up there in time, but (G)I-TZY are just too big now. That being said, I feel ITZY owns the dance game, while (G)I-DLE owns the vocals (given they have several unique voices in their group that peppers their songs with different flavors). Creatively, (G)I-DLE wins for me because each comeback is completely different from the last, while I think ITZY is sticking with Teen Crush like glue. I know they have it in them do show a different side of themselves, but so far what they are doing is working so they aren't shaking it up (which isn't a criticism, just an observation). (G)I-DLE just does whatever whim Soyeon is feeling that month, so their whole sound changes from track to track. They can't be categorized.
